I disagree....Porto wouldn't have won cl without mou,neither would inter.Madrid would still be be in that trophyless period IMO

Zeman is a fantastic man. He was visiting his uncle in Sicily when the Russians invaded Czechoslovakia (the velvet revolution), so he decided to remain in Italy. I think he began teaching physical education in schools and then he started coaching small football teams in Sicily.

He had his best chance with a Serie C team, I think Foggia, and he brought them to Serie A always playing high intensity attacking football. His players had to be very fit to play in his sstem.

He disappeared for a while and then got this job at Pescara and got them to Serie A winning the championship always with attacking football.

Please. They are both being disrespectful.

But the quote you posted is just nonsense. He thinks his dead grandfather can win an Europa League and on the next year a Champions League at Porto? Nobody had ever done it and most likely never will do it in a portuguese club. He's disrespecting every coach we've had so far. People are saying Zeman is a great man, so I'm just gonna assume he had no idea what he was talking about.
