Wrong, Mole we all know it's between the Dutch Eredivisie or the MLS.

Nah now that i think about it is Argentine Primera DivisiĆ³n if a team as quality as River Plate can get relegated than you know its damn competitive

In a competition which Italians have absolutely NO respect for. Look at Juve's line ups in it ffs.
So the players just threw away the match?Napoli put their best team and we put our 2nd choice line up.Yet we comfortably beat them.Schkale which hammered Inter was beaten with ease by United 2nd choice players.Last time United faced a similar team for Seria A(milan and Roma) they were absolutely hammered.Udinese will be lucky to escape without being humiliated.Brigate Rossonere wrote:
If Udinese could play United now with the squad they have I would give them a real opportunity, but they are a small team in a small town and need to sell to survive and so we will never know...Brigate Rossonere wrote:
I prefer winning to being competitive. I think Arsenal fans know what I mean.
Its not about being competitive but having more quality throughout the league. The top teams in PL have more quality than Seria A.
When Porto won the CL in 2004 did that mean Portugese league is the best league? No.A team winning CL doesnt mean that particular league is better.IT is determined by how all other teams perform too.Otherwise we would have a better league every year.
BeautifulGame wrote:Honestly the quality of EPL teams is easily better than Seria A.When we were struggling terribly in the league we still won 3-1 easily against Napoli who were flying high at that time in the league.
Tottenham who finished 5th eliminated Italian champions.Would u expect the likes of Lazio or Udinese to eliminate United in a CL encounter any time soon?
Yes Seria A has won more CL than PL this decate. But PL teams have been far more competitive than Sera A in last 10 years.More often than not we have seen atleast 3 PL teams in QF of CL whereas mostly only 1 Seria A progress to QF stage this decade.
This just underlines the strength of PL when compared with Seria A.
Lol Beautiful game, What a reply.. Haha .. I couldn't fail to notice most people had no answers and replied with assumptions.. Kudos..

But a much bigger club like NEWCASTLE can get relegated in PL.So surely PL is the best?

Seria A is more competitive. La liga is only based on two teams

When was it the last time there wasn't at least a 10 point gap between any club and Madrid or Barcelona from 1st and 2nd place?

Greek teams that make it to the UCL (one team usually) feel lucky if the 1st tier opponent is Italian nowadays.
