Serie A over the past 20 years has won 5 CLs the EPL has won 3. Last year there was not EPL team in the semis.

Serie A is nearly twice as strong as the EPL in the CL in the past 20 years.

Historically Seria A in far better than PL.But saying Seria A is better than PL at the moment is a bit silly.
