What are you on about now? He had a great start to the season.

Cooled down when RDM was sacked and has been our best player since about February.

Oscar was amazing in Europe but has been pretty meh domestically until recently. Mata has been our best player this season but doesn't have the ceiling Hazard has.

Never said he's been shit, just that's his best performance since before christmas lol.

Just shows how inconsistent he has been, everyone knows his talent but talent is not enough he needs to step up and grab the game by the scruff of the neck like Mata does.

I might be harsh sometimes, but only because i have very high expectations of him and most of the time he hasn't lived up to them.

We lol @ Silva on here but Hazard has been just as inconsistent tbh.

Mole is right, Hazard hasnt been the most consistent this year. However saying that he hasnt performed between november and march is not true, or that was an hyperbole.

From my point of view, this is probably his worst season in the past 3 years. the past two seasons he was in france, he was an absolute machine. Carrying his team on his back to win trophies (he had help surely), but it's a rare talent to find players that good at dragging their teams to victories. Now that Ibra and the likes are playing in L1, it put things in perspective, and tells you of the quality of L1.

so while i agree that he can be more consistent (although with mourinho going there i fear for him), you cant dispute to anything being said about his level right. Special player this lad. And he is an attacking midfielder, maybe not central, but it's the best way to describe him.

when i say beginning, i mean first few months(August-November) not his first 5 games .Hazard was goat in his first few pl games and then he crashed, specially in CL.Then after january he started playing really well again and has been on the rise since.Im pretty sure most chelsea fans would agree with me.Its a joke when someone said that yesterday was his best game in 6 months, he played many games like yesterday's for chelsea

Amazing how a lot was left out of it as well, especially his late surge of form these past few months.

It's been a privilege to watch him, Mata and Oscar this year. Imagine how good they'll be with a full season together under their belt as well as a competent #9 to link up with next year.

If he drifts there every match and does something effective how does that mean he's ineffective there? Your point is mute

If you said he's more effective on the left than he is on the right, I'd give it a fair point. However to say he's ineffective on the right is false and just wrong

for example........ sometimes Ozil drifts to the right plays one twos, crosses, dribbles and look generally good but when he starts there on the other hand.......good god

its good to interchange during a game because it will confuse defenders but I think I saw Hazard starting twice as a RW and looked sub par I just thought he was better cutting in from the left and not as the one I saw when he played on the right

Regardless he's not INEFFECTIVE when he's on the right, AFAIK he was RW for the whole of his breakout season at Lille.
