Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will watch Dnipro Dnepropetrovsk’s Ukraine star Yevhen Konoplyanka, 22, at Euro 2012 as a potential replacement for Andrey Arshavin.

He is realible and use to do the commentry in diffrent sports but he himself has this from other "sources" so then i dont know how realible his source is. He is however confident of Arsenal signing him.Sina wrote:he says he heard from colleagues Mvila is almost Done but not confirmedChris Härenstam @SVTChris

I am surprised that we, nor any other big clubs have been linked to Maroan fellani. He would be such an asset to this club. He defends, and destroys , runs and can pick passes.... why not go for him? A potential wc player under the right manager imo.

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
Fellaini is one of the best DM's in the Premier League IMO, he's a fantastic player - but will be way too expensive. Everton brought him for 15mln, I doubt they will sell him for that ammount considering his improvement + contract till 2016 = he would cost atleast 25mln. I think that's the only problem.
Faurlin (QPR) is one good target aswell.

Jamie Sanderson @YoungGunsBlog
Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud roomies at Euro 2012, now sat together at Ronald-Garros. Together at Emirates next term? Hope so.
Koscielny better do your job, do a Mertesacker

he isn't a DM, he is more of a box to box. much like song but he likes to attack more.

Before anyone starts saying Arsenal should sign Afellay, Barca won't sell him if his form continues in the Euros

M'Vila will take part in EURO2012. The French FA say ankle sprain is 'moderately serious' but there have been 'no complications'.

If RVP leaves for sure Theo will leave, both must stay if one goes we will lose both of them.

Not if Wenger promises him the thing he wants most, to play up front

Podolski would be more influential next to put behind a strike r. I hate transfer window. Ois oftenthe case of who we lose rather than who we gain.

What did Van Persie say to Afellay’s statement?
“Ibi is doing great,” he said. “That lad is ready for a really good club abroad.”

Wenger, speaking to French TV about French targets for Arsenal - "A Few of them are on our radar. But I can't say who" Then smiles.

Ksocielny: "Yann is a player with enormous quality. He is strong on the ball and has great vision. He can triumph in an important competition like the Premier League.
"Would he be good at Arsenal? Of course.
"I will try to convince him to come when we are together at the Euros."

He said: 'Juventus are a great team. But I have agreed with Arsenal that I will not discuss my future.
'All I can say is that it is my intention to have a great Euro 2012 and win it. And then go on to win the Champions League.'
I've never felt so strong and I just want to continue winning. At this point in time all I want to do is focus on the European Championship. There will then be time to address other matters.'

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has attracted the interest of Eskisehirspor, Goal.com has learned.
The Czech Republic international has just enjoyed one of his best seasons since joining the Gunners in 2006, and his fine form has not gone unnoticed elsewhere.
Eskisehirspor qualified for next season's edition of the Europa League following their fifth-place finish in the Turkish league, and club president Halil Unal is desperate to add a high-profile name to his squad to ensure the club will have a competitive team in Europe next term.
Unal recently travelled to Prague with a number of club officials to meet Rosicky's representatives, and to discuss a potential summer transfer.
However, the Eskisehir side face a tough task luring the 31-year-old attacking midfielder away from his current club.
The attacking midfielder signed a new deal with Arsenal only three months ago, and it is unclear as to whether Rosicky is interested in an exit from the Emirates.

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
Arsenal have entered the battle to sign Crewe's highly rated star Nick Powell.
The 18-year-old made huge contribution to his club as they reached League One via the play-offs.
His stunning goal in the play-off final against Cheltenham was the highlight of his 16 goals.
And Powell has attracted the attention of several top-flight clubs including Manchester United who appear to be favourites for the £10million-rated front man with Chelsea also keen.
But Powell has also been the subject of rave reports by Arsenal scouts to manager Arsene Wenger.Wenger was impressed with what he saw and has been given the go-ahead to pursue Powell as a summer target.Yet much will depend on the recommendation of Crewe’s director of football Dario Gradi.
Here's compilation of his best goals:

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
I'd be very happy if we signed Nick Powell. One of the best young English talents around at the moment and could very well be that no. 10 that England have lacked for a while now.
He's got more than just a great shot, just so you know. Skill on the ball is good and he can split open defences (like he did to my Southend in the play-off semi's).
