They've compiled a list which they should be ensuring is consistent. If they've deemed Lucas to be 10 million then that's their decision, however it's then laughable to state that Walker's worth more according to this publication. I could say that Krasic is worth 15 million and defend myself, however if I stated that Krasic was worth 15 million and Hulk was worth 10 then I'd rightfully expect to be branded an idiot.

It's a big list and thus some strange decisions were bound to be made, but Walker's value can't be right only in isolation, otherwise the list would be all over the place.

It makes sense to me, English players are overvalued in the transfer market and Brazilian players are mostly undervalued. Lucas for 10M would most definitely be.

Lucas isn't one of countless Brazilian talents whom most people only hear of when he leaves the country though. We can't look at a list like this based on perceived "talent" because of such a tendency for clubs to pick up gems from South America, amongst other places, for rather humble prices compared to the next transfer fee they command, however Lucas has hardly gone unnoticed.

Given that they play different positions, it would be different if Walker were one of very few decent options around to fill a RB slot for top clubs for years to come, where as you might argue that you could search elsewhere for players such as Lucas and take your chances on getting the same product, however Walker isn't that exceptional amongst his peers.
