I've never been so less confident about our ability to get a world class player than I have been this summer.

All these set backs, these rejected bids. It's been such a shet transfer window for us.

That's just the way I feel right now. I don't get excited when we're linked to a top player.

The last "big name" we signed that I can remember was Ferdinand or Veron, and please don't count in Berbatov. Our power to attract big names has always been bad since a long time ago.

By "big name", I imply a footballer who has established himself as one of the elites among the professionals.

I dont remember us ever going up against Real Madrid or Barca and winning. Ronaldinho is another one who slipped our grasp.

Berba and RVP we only beat the scum across the road to their signings, im sure if Real or Barca were interested we wouldnt have seen them at our club

Wayne Rooney has decided. He wants to join Chelsea. The English striker has already made his decision, he wants to be coached by Jose Mourinho. In the coming days he will have another meeting with Manchester United’s management, to explain his position. Now the two clubs need to reach an agreement. But Rooney wants Chelsea.

When you'd rather play for the Europa League champions, rather than the Premier League champions. rofl

Seriously though, Klopp asking Kagawa if he wants to leave, Rooney pushing for a move to Chelsea and Hernandez being linked to Valencia. Moyes better tell those clubs to gtfo, we're not a selling club.

Reaching a CL final and not winning it is successful now? Not too long ago we were reaching the CL finals for fun.

I doubt Kagawa is regretting his decision with that PL Medal dangling around his neck.

Moyes said it was hard for him because he only officially got the job July 1st. City have been following their transfers for months before Pellegrini came in. We couldn't have done that because we changed manager and CEO. So in a way, we have had less time, since other teams have been talking to players since the season had finished or more and us only since the start of the month.

As for Rooney, it looks likely he will leave, despite Moyes's stance. I would like to see a quality player come in though before we sell him. Just in case he leaves and we make no transfers.

I've started following him as of yesterday since you kept speaking so highly of him in the transfers thread

hypothetically the type of numbers being thrown around I always see for Marchisio is like 25m, I'd rather throw in a 35m bid for Vidal tbh #fantasyfootball

would be more than happy with Marchisio at this point, can't see it happening though.

I swear Di Marzio has been on fire this season.Its almost like i'm reading official club news lol.
All his updates on the 'big' transfers were precise and the reporting went about very smoothly.
As far as the price goes,for Juve to consider selling Marchisio ,it has to be a minimum of 30m+ maybe even 35m.I would sell him only if it means getting Verratti which is highly unlikely.Honestly though one club where i'd love to see Marchisio(if he left) is United.I think he could be a perfect fit for you.
Vidal is untouchable.Only oil clubs and Madrid can afford him.

I agree. I'm a fan of Marchisio, but I will not get excited til there is official news on this.
