Is this news agency Lusa any credible? Because everyone is qouting the same source.
would be better for chelsea than Hiddink. But dont think he will take that risk could easily ruin his coaching career.

I've said it before but...
Villas-boas isn't gonna leave Porto until next season. I think he wants to continue with a team he has already built and finished in CL 1 season more.

He said after the Europa win he will not leave Porto. Paying his buyout clause means jack squat

I too have my doubts about this move but you think we wouldn't have already tapped him up before we reportedly bought out his contract?

Guardian reporting it sounds pretty solid to me, unfortunately!
Villa-Boas could do wonders at Chelsea, hopefully he doesn't go there : /

Re: Villas-Boas to become new Chelsea manager
he did a pretty good job with James bond last season. and porto is fairly young as well.
anyway doubt he is leaving. it's easy fpr the press to run with the "successor of mourinho" tag line, wait for concrete sources.

Re: Villas-Boas to become new Chelsea manager
BBC are pretty cautious about their reporting, they don't just copy-and-paste from other media but check stuff themselves (otherwise they'd have fail rumours as news much often). I'd say it's 90% happening if the BBC reports it.

Re: Villas-Boas to become new Chelsea manager
Twitter's gone crazy about it, but I think Chelsea fans will be disappointed. Villa-Boas has repeatedly said that he will not leave this season, hew wants to win the Champions League and he is pretty damn serious about it. Maybe next season he will move, but this season I frankly think the chances of him leaving are zero.
