Pogba looks a talent though, he was very solid tonight against Stoke. Didn't show no nerves.

We need a Tiote like player badly, Tiote in our squad would be perfect.
No we don't, we already have Carrick who has arguably done a better job than Tiote this season, that's been evident in the displays he has put in since the performance against Bolton, away from home. One thing that strikes me about our fans is that we want players like de Rossi, Diarra and Tiote, essentially, defensive midfielders, when we already have Carrick, who has done a better job than all of them this season, that's my honest opinion and I can safely say I watch a substantial amount of games of Roma, Real Madrid and Newcastle to make this opinion. One thing some of us forget is that Carrick is our own version of a defensive/holding midfielder. One advantage of having a player like Carrick in the squad is that he has a better passing range than Tiote, if you take a look at Newcastle games in which Tiote has featured in - once he wins the ball back, he tends to give it straight to the opposition...

Thats a flat out lie. Did you see hwat he did to us? We couldn't get the ball off him ffs. Tiote has good technique. His passing range might not be as goood as Carricks, but it is good.

No it isn't. Fans who actually give Carrick praise, understand that he has been our most consistent player this season. And if you think Carrick's role is to dictate play, then you are wrong, that's certainly not his primary objective. It's funny because you want a player like Tiote who, essentially, does the same job as Carrick, but in a more aggressive manner, if you like. I simply can't comprehend why we need someone like Tiote when Carrick has been better this season, on a technical and consistent level.

So Pogba isn't leaving? Any news on whether he has changed his mind on refusing to sign a contract?

contract negotiations are on going is what's being stated atm. United need to tie him down pronto. there are so many clubs interested in him...not difficult to see why.

Nice one, Red 80s., seen that last week. He is certainly developing into some player, he has the potential to become a Manchester United great, but that's expecting a bit too much. Reserve level isn't his level, it does him injustice, he should have come onto the scene earlier, but that doesn't matter now, though. Regarding the contract offer, Fergie has already said that he wants Pogba to stay, and I'm sure the latter is more than willing to stay at such a prestiges club, as opposed to being a prick, like Morrison.

could become reality now. apparently pogba was unhappy that he wasnt selected in the europa league and its looking very likely he'll be gone come the end of the season. according to his agent who is also the agent of mario balotelli.

Well, tbf where will he play? There is no room. Juve need him far more than we do tbh.

We still haven't tied Pogba down yet, but looking at what's been going around I'd say that there's a huge chance he'll be with Juventus next season. And for 300k only.

Juventus to present Pogba?

Juventus are expected to officially announce the capture of Paul Pogba from Manchester United on Monday.

The 19-year-old midfielder’s contract expires in June and Sir Alex Ferguson urged him to stay at Old Trafford.

However, it is widely reported that Juve have convinced Pogba to try Serie A and will present him to the media after the Coppa Italia Final.

“As things stand now it is more likely that he goes away from Manchester,” revealed agent Mino Raiola this week.

It’s believed Manchester United will receive only £300,000 compensation for the French talent.

tbf, i havent really watched him played that many games. I only caught a few glypmse of him here and there, but yea, he makes roughly 7 appearances last season.

I don't really know the man, aside from the fact that he's a technically gifted CM, with defensive responsibility, as well as attacking arsenal (sound like schweigens i guess...). to my humble and might be wrong guess, I'd classify him as a busquet player. He has the technical ability, but doesn't destroy midfield left and right like vidal. He can also dictate the midfield, somewhat. Great passing, long shot, as well as being very physical.

In words, deep lying playmaker it sounds like...maybe emphasize on a more defensive role like Busquet due to his physical strength. Versatile i can imagine
