Cr7 is a goat goal-scorer and may even win Balon dor, I give him that but I'm sure many have witnessed Messi's class today. He conducted himself well in defeat and was almost a one man show tonight.

You must of watched last year's super copa match by mistake.

Messi was lost (in Pepe's pocket) for most of the match, went too deep to fetch the ball. Ronaldo was cool, calm and collected, Madrid is lucky to have Ronaldo in the team

Im not hating on Ronaldo or anything,but he has never scored against us when were playing with our main defence.Its no surprise that his worst performances against us have come when our main defence is playing.

I agree. Alves or anyone in defence is not an excuse. I for one used to believe cr7 was not this good but I think all that, "he doesnt score vs barca and big games", is rubbish now. He is near his peak and has to get all the credit for his goals.

I also think cr7 deserves the Balon dor this year, tbh however I still think Messi is the best currently though.

Did anyone notice the awkward moment at the end of the game when cr7 and Messi almost shook hands? I think deep down they respect each other.

Credit to barca players for staying on the pitch and taking defeat so gentlemanly

Did anyone see CR7 jump up and swing on the cross bar like a circus clown with 2 minutes left in stopage time while Montoya was rampaging down his wing and shit his pants when he saw Casillas and fluffed the chance to make Ronaldo look like one of this biggest clowns of all time.

I mean what the hell was that about. I for one didn't think either him or Messi played that great today. Did you see the defence we had out there with 10 men? Ronaldo should have scored 5 goals not to mention he shot the ball right at Valdes a shot Casillas saves every time but we have to live with good old Victor Valdes who lost this cup for us. Thanks Victor.

Congrats on the win I just thought I would point out one of the most unprofessional things I've seen in a football game that was still in the balance for a long time. I mean I can't even understand what goes through CR&'s head any more. I just think he may be dumb. It doesn't mean he's not a great player but he sure isn't a great teammate or Captain as we saw with his addition skills in the Euro's.

Actually nobody cares about the Supercopa.All we cared about was the Clasico.Anyways the match was more important to Madrid as Mou wouldve been in real trouble if he couldnt win 4 games in a row.
