How about this formation?

I think that giach should be a starter over pepe because he works as hard as pepe and can mean something for us offensively. I also think that vucinic is great but lazy. Esti is creative too and works really hard plus he is 3 years older than Esti. I also think that if we use esti and giach over vucinic and pepe we can bring much more speed in our game. I've got to see a bit more of elia but if he keeps playing like he did in extra time and improves he might get into the first 11. He definitly showed skill against Bologna.

Nice, functional but I would love to see:

Vucinic-Matri-Elia

Creativity, speed, magic, finishing.

Vucinic is a magical player, just fantastic, when he is not wasted out wide you can really see what he can do, he needs to float off the wing, drifting in and out, pulling defenders with him and drawing fouls.

I really like vucinci but he needs to work harder than no one can play he out the first 11 but if he keeps playing like this(lazy and from what I see with out motivation) i think other players deserve a shot to prove them selves and about elia i think you're right i wanted to pit him in my first 11 but i thought it was kinda early:)

I don't think Mirko is ever going to a player that wows you with his work rate but his ability is undeniable and he remains Juventus' most dynamic attacker, he can do it all essentially. If Mirko is fit, Mirko plays!

Matri over Quagliarella in the Prima Punta role. Matri can't be touched there if you ask me.

Quagliarella is superior to Vucinic. Vucninc hasn't scored since September in that role and I think Quagliarella would be able to create and score more goals than him.

Elia, does the role Vucinic, does in my opinion could do better.

Vucinic brings more assists and he scored against Inter which is more recent.
But Vucinic must be more clinical in front of goal, I definitely agree, it just isn't the only way I judge players.

Quagliarella is one of my favourite players, currently he would be number 2 behind only Alex! I hope he gets more minutes, yesterday he was really looking like the Fabio of old, just needs to find his touch in front of goal.

And dont you think that if everybody keeps thi form we will have amazing dept even good enough for europe. Maybe one real champ needs to be bought.

That's my problem though, relying on Vucninc for assists is ridiculous. I'd go with Elia, Del Piero or Giovinco in that role.

I honestly dont like the idea of Quag on the wing.

We need to have balance, and at the moment I think the most effective combo is one of Pepe/Giac/Esti on one side and Vucinic/Elia/Krasic on the other. (I'm talkin about if we use a 4-3-3 next game) with Matri in the middle.

I like the OP's original formation a lot as well, looks solid.
