Great post I agree Marchisio should be evaluated at the end of the year not now. And your right Marchisio and Vidal are different it irks me every time I see Marchisio > Vidal because they each have different roles. Just because Marchisio is on the score sheet more does not mean he is better.
Haha your like me I was a reader here for a while and only recently decided to try and contribute more. Hope to see you post more.

So because he scores in ONE game without Pirlo or Marchisio justifies the goal as a demonstration of his solo skill? ahahhaha Great logic there!

Marchisio is not yet world class but definitely has the potential to be.

Let me correct you on one thing buddy.

1) Due to Marchisio's pressuring, he managed to get the ball to Giaccherini and create the goal for the first goal. Don't believe check the goal for yourself.

2) Marchisio scored the second goal.

3) Almost scored a third

So yes one game shows he can go without Pirlo and Vidal.

The reason why in the past he wasn't as good is because he was out of position.

Now look, I'm fed up of repeating myself, refer to page 2 as I already went through this.

As for the real world, we don't live in a fantasy land where everyone you meet is kind, gentile, all smiles. No, in the real world, you got real people. Gee, when we go to the stadium we should salute everyone including our rivals.

Sadly, in the real world fans actually go after other fans, back this summer in Vinovo you had a Juventino stab another Juventino. A horrible thing to do, but that's how it is in the world my friend, we can't control it. Nobody should do such actions.

If player X pressures enough to the ball to player Y, and player Y passes to player Z and players Z crosses to player A and player A assists player B - does player X get the credit for the goal?? NO - almost every goal is a TEAM goal from a COMBINATION of movements. Unless it truly is a SOLO goal. Your reasoning fails to convince anyone else. But as long as you can convince yourself - everyone is very happy for you.

Almost scoring a goal doesnt mean Sh*t. Thousands of players ALMOST score goals. It doesnt reflect anything.

And noone is asking for you to repeat yourself. Infact, I wouldve been quite happy (and would be too after this post) if you didnt say anything.

Let me correct you on many factors.

If it wasn't for Marchisio's pressuring in midfield, the goal would of never happened with Giaccherini, and simply the reason for that goal was because of Marchisio busting his ass in midfield putting pressure, and that at the end, ended up with Giaccherini's goal.

No goals were devried since Marchisio's subisition on the pitch. Did Pazienza do the work? Nope, he kept missing his plays as a regista, Marrone, good performance, but couldn't do enough. Giaccherini as CM? Lost the ball plenty times. Even with the lack of support and even with Pirlo and Vidal, Marchisio made it all happen ON HIS OWN.

Actually almost scoring a goal, does mean a lot, why because he hardly played and yet almost scored two goals and responsible for the first goal. He's a defensive midfielder who is now also capable of scoring goals, unlike Vidal who was actually favored in the past by fans on this forum because of his goal scoring abilities, and I went through this before, I won't go thorugh it again.

Accept or don't accept, it's their problem not mine like I said, but at the end of the day I can careless. I have my haters, I got my friends. And I'm not here to be everyone's friend.
