I think so . I don't believe in ofensive defs being played as strikers.

I don't see MArcelo, roberto carlos and of course Alves as strikers or LW/RW. They are effective because they come from the back

work on fifa or pes though.

Eh but he does have the talent to succeed there maybe better than Sanchez, better link up, can track back nicer long shot and isn't afraid to dribble past opponents

The RW's job is to score goals, so I'm not sure Alves at RW would work. I think Alves was at RW when Barca were playing 3 at the back. It was when Fabregas and Messi were playing together.

And yeh I agree, Marcelo, Alves etc are more effective attacking from deep.

No, we tried this before, it dont work.

Dani Alves surprises people, or links up from deeper positions, right wing means going forward and being penetrative. He isnt that.

Also, one of Dani's main strength is committing the opponants winger while still getting back to defend him. Not many players are capable of that.
