Re: David "El Guaje" Villa
He was treated bizarrely by Madrid thats for sure... No idea why they bought him and then used him like that.
I think it may be that these teams want more than just a pure scorer... However, I think this player can always be very useful. eg. Van Nistelrooy

Re: David "El Guaje" Villa
He is useless at everything minus finishing is why. He cant even hold the ball up and bring others in, let alone turning and making something happen. He is no Van Nisterooy.

Ramon Cugat: Villa could've lost his leg
The doctor Ramon Cugat, who operated on Villa when he got injured on the CWC, has admitted that the player was severely at risk. The risk was at the flight between Japan and Barcelona before his operation. Cugat explained that "when there are those changes of pressure between eight, ten or twelve thousand meters above sea level you risk a lot. You have have important injuries as a result, even lose a limb". To the doctor "Villa has gone through his ordeal". He also praised Tito, who he claimed tackled the situation very intelligently and from a scientific point of view.

What? If he was risking a leg, he should have been operated in Japan. I think this is sensationalism by this doctor.

I wish it could be but Villa is worse than Pedro on the right. He barely ever touches the ball, he he can do is make decoy runs there.
The only ways those 3 fit in Villa as a 9, Messi behind him. Alba and Dani Alves would both enjoy that, our defence probably wouldnt though

Re: David "El Guaje" Villa
I was implying Iniesta on the right btw, but yeah that probably wouldn't work that well either.
The right is a definite problem area as practically all the options prefer the left.
Hopefully Deulefeu ( how ever u bloody spell it ffs) will come good because Neymar wouldn't solve this problem either.
Struggling to think of right side attackers as well tbh.

Re: David "El Guaje" Villa
Yeah we tried Iniesta before on the right once or twice, it was awful. He cant do it either.
Deulofeu is our only hope. Though, I think Neymar has a chance of working on the right, because he can go on the outside and finish. But yeah, im not counting on it.

Re: David "El Guaje" Villa
Nothing, but you cant have one player in the entire squad who is capable of playing there.
Especially if that one player isnt scoring often.

No offense, bot, but please read a thread or two on here and you'll see that none of these players can play on the right.
The only players who can play RW are Pedro and Cuenca tbh
