yaya prolly has a trophy hand inscribed by dmad saying "i'm better than a 21 yo recovering from a career threatening injury", must make up for the lack of ballon d'ors

Anyway the context is all important. When wilshere was compared with Yaya he was a rising star who'd put in top class performances against the likes of barca, man utd, Chelsea, man city, ect. And he was clearly a better dribbler + passer than Yaya and better at his role than Yaya at that time, and was going on a steep upward trend in terms of performance until his injury.

I dont know why you bring up Song vs YaYa, what you said was that YaYa is better then Jack Wilshere. You said that Man city has better midfield then Arsenal, when we had both Cesc and Nasri. I know you hate Arsenal with a passion but even a blind man could see we had better midfield then Man City.

Song might not be as good as YaYa, and there is no way YaYa is better then Jack.

I suppose your going to use that Barca game ages ago to argue about Jack, Yaya has done it against the top teams as well.

The Ronaldinho sentence lets ignore that.

If your point is peak performances or top form, Yaya still trumps Jack.

Not sure whats embarrassing? the year I was talking about there was Song had around 14 assist and RVP was scoring for fun because of him.

I was comparing our midfield to Man city's midfield, when we had Cesc and I said we had better midfield.

Edit: I see, people have already commented about it. in raptors defence it was said two seasons ago when Wilshere had a great season while Yaya wasn't that good. But as we say form is temp, class is permanent Toure has been able to bounce back and prove his doubters wrong

He probably meant in terms of Potential.
