If the stadium was in Bari, or more generally the south, we could fill a 100,000 seater stadium. Infact probably a lot more.

14M fans in Italy, Approx 180M world wide. But in Italy especially it has the vast majority of it's fans in the south, but that's not the only problem. Juventus is the club of everyone, but in particular the working man. A 400KM trip to Turin when you have to be back in the factory at 6am the next morning?

Hence why it's smaller; supply and demand.
