No, did nothing that good IMO.
Penalty save he chose the right direction which is good ,and made very comfortable save ..
Saw the walcott goal, Was he trying to stand while the shot was on its way.. lol.

Had a good game overall made one bad mistake but he is improving.

I have faith in this signing, three 'meh' games in isn't really a cause for concern. Of course, that has to do with the fact that we've won all our games so far.
In a month's time, if he still hasn't shown better, then I'd begin to worry.

he still hasn't played an aggresive team..... once he does then we will see....
he is a good shot stopper.... but wasn't tested much in corners or arieal

He will probably get better as his confidence grows.
His penalty save was fine, but it was a poor poor penalty by Van Persie. No power, all De Gea had to do was guess the right way.

walcott took the shot mid stride and quickly, caught him off guard i think he was expecting him to take another touch and cross it.

There was nothing wrong with his shot stopping.
More with the aerial balls coming into the box left right and centre. Unfair to judge him against AFC, considering they don't play like that.

Happy he saved the pen...but I think he should have saved walcott's goal, he shouldn't have tried to save that with his feet.

yeah he's deff gonna be a good goal keeper and consedering he's only 22 ( correct me if im wrong ) in time we will see but he's certainly improved since the game against man city
