Tbh, i cant blame our centerbacks at all, they were completely exposed. No protection whatsoever. and on top of that, nani and young were walking past our wing backs. This wouldnt have happened if we had sagna and even gibbs. With song protecting or even frimpong. We know we arent this bad.

Can't really compare with the Madrid loss last year to Barca though... for us, it was not a question of talent. It was a question of mentality. When you have a team of superstars, you sometimes need a big slap in the face to have everyone fall in line with the needed philosophy and teamwork. You also separate the men from the boys based on how the team recovers.

For Arsenal, it's also about mentality... but the bigger issue is just huge talent holes at certain positions:
- If either Kos or Vermaelen are out, Arsenal is f*cked with the backups
- Same goes for Sagna
- There is no LB
- Rosicky is the starting AM... think about that for second

... in fact, Arsenal has a very poor bench and can afford zero injuries + suspensions. That just can't happen for a major club in modern football as injuries and suspensions are inevitable.

Probably not the best of times to play Dortmund, but every game next month we should be winning.

Frimpong will be back for the Swansea game, as should Vermaelen, Sagna and Gibbs. With any luck, Wilshere will be fit as well and we'll have a new forward at the very least.

Nope not mad and I do not think that we will get all these players in the last few days of the transfer window. I am saying that is what we need to challenge for silverware. That is what we shoudl have been doing all summer instead of waiting until the last minute and getting nothing. That is what we should have been signing instead of more youth.

I'm an Arsenal fan and I realize that this is a horrible defeat. You guys have to support the team. SUPPORT THE TEAM.
