Mallorca Offered Maduro, Chori and Alcácer
Posted by Omar Al-Taie on June 17th, 2011 :: Listed in Latest Valencia CF News, Valencia CF Transfer Rumors
Serra Ferrer is looking to take the players on a two year loan but Braulio wants to sell.
Braulio Vázquez met with Mallorca president Serra Ferrer last Monday and offered him three Valencia players, Hedwiges Maduro, Chori Domínguez and Paco Alcácer. The meeting didn’t go smoothly however, as Ferrer asked to loan the players for two seasons. Braulio however said that Valencia are looking to sell to pay off a debt of around €4m.
The two parties also discussed possible moves for Chori Castro and Iván Ramis to Valencia. Chori has been linked with Valencia since January after an impressive first half of last season before a disappointing second half. Ramis however is an option for the center back position. Valencia have two other options for this position, and if they fail to sign one of the two, Ramis will be signed.
Chori Domínguez is a player who hasn’t had a good relationship with Unai Emery and is looking for a season loan deal hoping that when he returns Emery will no longer be the coach at Valencia. A transfer for him could get Valencia something around €1M. Maduro is a more appealing option for Mallorca as he would be a cheaper option for the islanders as he has only a year remaining in his contract. Despite being one of the promising prospects at Valencia, Paco Alcácer failed to get a single minute at the league last season and the idea is for him to go out on loan to get some minutes.
Nacho González was also offered to Mallorca but the problem is that he failed to get minutes last season due to an injury.

Málaga Turn Their Attention To Isco
Posted by Omar Al-Taie on June 16th, 2011 :: Listed in Latest Valencia CF News, Valencia CF Transfer Rumors
The player has a buyout clause of 6 million euros.
With the Joaquín deal still not concluded, Málaga’s president Abdullah Al-Thani has set his sights on Valencia’s youth player Isco Alarcón. The interest started a few days ago after Isco led the u19 national team to the European Championship.
Málaga are looking to sign homegrown players and although Isco spent his whole youth career at Valencia he fits the profile as his hometown is Benalmádena which is situated 10km away from Málaga. Isco is also different than the other two players Málaga has signed at this stage of the market (Mathijsen and Van Nistelrooy) as both are experienced players and have played in an international level. However, Valencia have refused to negotiate the sale of their wonderkid so the only option available is to pay the player’s buyout clause which is around 6 Million euros.
Isco who currently is spending his holiday in Riviera Maya, Mexico, remains quiet for now. He has stated previously however that he’s comfortable at Valencia so a move back home looks complicated.

Betis Ask About Navarro And Dealbert
Posted by Ximo on June 16th, 2011 :: Listed in Latest Valencia CF News, Valencia CF Transfer Rumors
The Valencia centre backs are liked by the side from Sevilla, who return to the top flight this season.
Braulio Vázquez has the whole defensive line planned for next season, in terms of new arricals and exits. After the presentation of Adil Rami, the technical secretary is looking for a partner for him. At the same time, he has been receiving calls, from clubs such as Betis, asking about players at the team. That is the case of David Navarro and Ángel Dealbert. The Andalucían side who have just been promoted, have contacted Braulio, asking about the player’s situations.
Betis intend to fish some players from some of the bigger teams who don’t have a guaranteed future. Unai Emery told David Navarro that it would be better if he looked for a new club, prompting an interest from Betis. They aren’t the only club interested in the Valencian. Neuchatel from Switzerland are also following the situation, but at the moment, the player wants to continue playing for Valencia.
The same has happened with Dealbert, a footballer that Betis would like to have in their ranks ahead of next season. However, Dealbert’s future seems more certain that Navarro’s. Emery is willing to use him next season, and has used him as an example of a good professional on more than one occasion.

Maduro Will Decide His Future In A Week
Teams in Italy, Germany and Spain are considering the midfielder.
Valencia’s Dutch midfielder, Hedwiges Maduro, is going to look at the offers that his agent, Rodger Lindse has received. The player has been told that “big teams in Italy, Germany and Spain,” are interested in his services. According to SuperDeporte claims that the biggest club is a Serie A giant.
The midfielder sees his contract end in June 2012, so has been informed that if an offer comes in which suits both parties, it would be best to accept it, as the player won’t have much playing time next season. Maduro will have Albelda and Topal ahead of him in the pecking order, and with the arrival of more centre backs, it’s unlikely that he’ll fill in the defence either.
The ex-Ajax player aims to keep his position in the Dutch squad so that he can play in Euro 2012. To do that, he needs playing time. Valencia are willing to let the player leave for a sum of around €2m.

Mallorca Turn Their Nose Up At Chori
Braulio offered the Argentine to Serra Ferrer who rejected him. Rubin Kazan are still hoping he’ll return.
Valencia want to get rid of Chori Domínguez, though it doesn’t seem like that will be an easy task. The Argentine wants to continue playing in Spain, but his salary is proving to be a major obstacle.
According to Diario de Mallorca, his salary is what caused Mallorca to pass on the chance of signing him whenever Braulio met with Serra Ferrer two weeks ago in Palma.
Although the player may not have many Spanish suitors, he does have a good reputation in Russia. In fact, Rubin Kazan are still hoping that he returns to them. Unai Emery does not want Chori Domínguez to join in pre-season training which begins on the 7th of July.

Agreement With Málaga For Joaquín
Valencia have reached an agreement with the Andalusían side.
Valencia and Málaga have reached an agreement for Joaquín to move to the Costa del Sol. Although neither club have made it official, SuperDeporte is reporting that the fee is more than €4m, and the player will sign for three seasons.
For a while, it looked as if negotiations had broken down, but in the end, they haven’t. Málaga have increased their initial bid, and in addition to the money that Valencia will receive, Joaquín was one of the highest paid players at the club.
Joaquín is Málaga’s seventh Summer signing, as he joins Van Nistelrooy, Toulalan, Monreal, Mathijsen, Buonanotte and Sergio Sánchez.

Attention Turns To Pedro León
Posted by Ximo on June 26th, 2011 :: Listed in Latest Valencia CF News, Valencia CF Transfer Rumors
Valencia have decided to try to sign the young Madrid midfielder.
Now that Joaquín has officially moved to Málaga, Valencia are working on signing a replacement for the winger. After being linked with the likes of Javier Camuñas and Ángel Lafita, according to SuperDeporte, Valencia are now interested in another player. That player is Pedro León, the Murcian footballer who moved to Madrid last season after an excellent campaign with Getafe.
There are more names on the list, but this player meets the criteria that Valencia set. First and foremost, he’s an excellent footballer, as he demostrated at Getafe and Valladolid. He’s a winger who likes to drift instead, unlike Joaquín who always stuck to the wing.
León is also young, at just 24 years of age, but is experienced, having played nearly 100 games in the top flight of Spanish football, and therefore, is already adapted to the league. SuperDeporte claims that the player is ready to leave Madrid since his manager doesn’t want him at the club.
A move may seem difficult, because he is currently a Real Madrid player, but Valencia know that he would be relatively cheap, and that the player has to leave because he is not involved in the club’s plans for next season. Braulio plans to wait until Madrid lower their asking price for the right winger.
The move could also happen a different way. For example, a season long loan, or a loan with an option to buy, or like with Dani Parejo, Madrid could be entitled to a certain percentage of money if the player is sold in the future.

Navarro Closing In On Neuchatel Move
The Valencia defender could sign for the next three seasons with the Swiss club.
Valencia defender David Navarro is very close to signing for Neuchatel, according to SuperDeporte. The footballer from Port de Sagunt has had an offer from the Swiss club on the table for a few weeks, but he wanted to wait to see if he receives any better options, perhaps from the English or German leagues.
Navarro is one of the players no longer wanted at Valencia, and he was informed of this at the end of the season by both Unai Emery and Braulio Vázquez.
The most likely is that he will accept Neuchatel’s offer in the next few days, since the club are willing to meet the player’s financial demands.

Re: Valencia Thread
Almeria’s Pablo Piatti has moved a step closer to a transfer to Valencia this week as it has emerged the two clubs have agreed a fee.
Short of funds, Valencia’s board have reportedly set a cap on transfer fees, ensuring no amount paid for any player in the transfer window exceeds €6m. That is the fee Los Che have reportedly agreed with relegated Almeria, with the move now waiting a green light from Piatti’s former club Estudiantes, who are due to receive a 25% sell-on fee. It places the Argentine attacking talent in the unique position of seeing his fate between his current and future club, decided by his past club.
Aged 22, with pace, an eye for goal and an unpredictable edge in attacking play and happy to cut inside, Piatti has been signposted by Unai Emery’s team as a direct replacement for the departed Joaquin Sanchez and is set to arrive a month after making his international debut for Argentina, but ultimately missing out the Copa America squad.
Atletico Madrid had also been tracking the youngster who can play left-midfield or in attack, whilst Valencia’s interest looks set to end links between them and Barcelona’s Jeffren, Real Madrid’s Pedro Leon and Real Zaragoza’s Angel Lafita.
Piatti is set to become the second player to leave the Andalusians Almeria for the move north west to Valencia, following goalkeeper Diego Alves’ €3m move. He would also be the fourth signing of the summer for the team that finished third in 2010-11, and the third at the maximum transfer fee amount, following Adil Rami and Dani Parejo’s respective €6m moves to the Estadio Mestalla.

Thanks guys.
Well if Piatti is joining us it would mean 1 of 2 things.
1. Emery's really adding even more depth in the mid.
2. Maybe Valencia are preparing to sell Mata to the higest bidder.
Hope it's not the latter.

Re: Valencia Thread
AS reporting a deal with Piatti is wrapped up for 8M:
Valencia, Almeria and Argentine playmaker Pablo Piatti have reached an agreement for the attacker to become part of the Mestalla club for the next five seasons, as confirmed by sources from negotiation to Europa Press.
The negotiations have intensified in the last two days and have crystallized Tuesday by an amount close to eight million euros. Piatti, 22, will leave the Almería where he has been the past three seasons and will become part of Valencia for the next five years.
The Argentine arrives to reinforce the plot offensive Mestalla club after the departure of Joaquin to Malaga. Piatti, despite being left handed, can play all three positions of attack. The operation, which has been in the utmost secrecy between the two clubs, has also been involved the club Estudiantes de La Plata, who still had a 25% percent of the tab if trapasao player.
The technical secretariat of Valencia has continued to play throughout the season. The fast and skilful Argentine player could form a trident luxury with Mata and Soldier, and could allow the desired Emery play 4-3-3.
The Argentine player is a projection, but is now fully consolidated in the Liga. In recent weeks, many clubs have been interested in recruitment, but finally chosen was the club Valencia.
Piatti came in the summer of 2008 to Almeria from Estudiantes de La Plata in Argentina. In his first season in the Andalusian played a total of 19 games he scored five goals the following season played 28 games and scored seven goals last season while he participated in 34 league games and scored eight goals .

Re: Valencia Thread
Valencia are domming this transfer window, hats off.
After hearing that Navarro is on his way I hope you now go for either 3 defenders or 2 defenders and 1 DM.

Hispano, could you give me an idea of your ideal starting XI? And maybe a little analysis of who will fill out the squad and play where?
Mainly I want to know who will play right back, and who will be the reserves in defence.
Alves
? - ? - Rami - Mathieu/Alba
Albelda - Banega
Mata - Tino - Pablo/ Piatti
Soldado
