It's definitely not "ignorant". He started games when the likes of Silva and Yaya were injured.

The exact same reason why Cesc started most of the games he played for Barcelona.

It's like saying Bendtner wasn't a benchwarmer when van Persie was injured the whole time, he was still a benchwarmer when all were fit.

He started almost every single game in the title run up, the most important part of the freaking year....and neither Yaya nor Silva were injured

Man City 0-1 Swansea (started)
Man City 2-0 Bolton (started) (silva out)

Literally started every game in the title run-up from March-May except ONE..."benchwarmer" Rolling Eyes
