I'm rather sorry for Arsenal they had to lose 2 of their best in from the midfield.

Nasri always looked as if he would be Arsenal's future star and talisman.

I've lost all my respect for him.

He's going to get 6-12 months max as a starter (if he can push himself up the pecking order first), then he's going to rot on the bench when City buy a better toy.

wenger better get over his ideals sometime soon if he wants to be competitive, i dont doubt that arsenal have one of if not the greatest youth system in football right now, but what i question is wengers over reliance on it
take any top team, take out their captain, their midfeild mistro and their regular LB, add that to an already mainly inexperienced team, a GK who is still getting used to life in the PL and a manger who seems detirmined to replace these key players with unproven youth and any team would fall flat on its face
as happy as i am because it mkaes competition easier at the top, its a sad story for arsenal fans

Ade would yes but his wages are insane i was being realistic at the same time and i stand by the fact i would'nt take him because he does'nt fit the striker we need and he's a cancer to any dressing room.

SWP is a far better player than Gutierrez mate. He isn't good enough for a team challenging for a Top 4 place but he'd be a fantastic player for a midtable club.

The £24,000,000 we're getting for him kind of softens the blow.

The unlikelihood that we're going to reinvest it though leaves me worried.

wonderful. some of you guys' opinions on nasri are way off. someone said he looked like arsenal's future talisman.... lol ok. then whoever posted city's lineup with nasri in the middle..... wow. nasri is sh1t in the middle. silva goes in the middle and nasri out wide.


anyways dont think im bitter. just pointing out how ill-informed some of you are. plus 24m for someone in the last year of their deal who isnt world class. amazing piece of business
