Busquets will take a paycut because his salary is ridiculous. Even 7m per year is too much for a 34 year old player and he earns 20m+ currently

I’m not attacking you! Just trying to enlighten you on finance! Besides there are only 2 of you and the naive one is way beyond accepting reality!

I actually hope Laporte can continue with trying to get the house in order so that there is continued competition. La liga needs that.

The financial disparity from The oil nation clubs, the top 4 or 5 EPL clubs to the likes of Bayern, R. Madrid, possibly a return of Barca to the top Italians and Atletico and then to all the decent smaller clubs is too great to be corrected any time soon so we need prudent financial management for the sake of good competition.

We're doing fine!!!

Lol, signing a 30 year old backup CB is not doing fine. What will he be? your 7th or 8th CB.

Another 30+ in his twilight years! If by being fine, you mean adding over the hill backups?

Man we are so bad again... same thing happens game after game, Raphinha frustrated at being subbed again, at least this time in was late on n not for Ferran Razz Raphinha got MOTM but he just say there depressed at the end of the game says it all. I worry if we lose him this season next season we might be stuck with just Ferran n Fati if Dembele is out agian lol....

XAvi tried Balde as a winger n Alba behind to create something from the left since we have nothing there which failed also... so we just relying on some magic from Raphinha again but hits the post twice... at least on the other end we keeping clean sheets but more to do with luck n fact that La Liga teams just suck up front as usual Very Happy

Think thats 2 draws in a row n 4 dropped points. Still 11 ahead of Real somehow lol... if Real showed any level of consistency n commitment to the league they wouldnt be this far behind... but we looking really poor atm drop in form n cant create anything. Atletico next n if we lose that who know 8 points gap. I dunno why but I almost want Real to catch us which is still very possible simply cos we just so bad n it still has me scratching my head if we somehow win the league with this shit half team Razz

Suprised Bill ain't here repeating for the umpteenth time that the title race is over. We lose to Atleti next week and things start becoming interesting again

3 games straight without scoring, what does GAVI even do? He's nothing without Pedri

Naw, we’re still playing a B team for liga games. Just giving the important guys enough action to stay fit. Only 8 games after next game. even if you lose to Atleti, you can afford to lose 2 out of 8 games and still win! Or a whole bunch of ties. Plus I wouldn’t predict a 10 game win season ending run!

But I must admit, I have enjoyed the past two weekends!

idk I don't speak Chavinese

However, I'm inclined to agree, not watering the grass before games should be ILLEGAL and punishable by ELECTRIC CHAIR

We just played on a potatofield today with Benzema skating about. Imagine if Xavi had to take his group of snowflakes there. They would go back crying about the state of the pitch.

Not sure but I do think there is a rule in how high the grass is supposed to be on a football pitch.

Lol? Another 1-0 n 3 points for us, vs Atletico Very Happy Is our defense really that good?

Ferran with the winner too lol, some might think he did well, but Raphinha n Lewand actually played way better than him but it was a good finish. Raphinha as lately creating most of our chances. Its too bad hes so one footed otherwise he would really be a top WC player...very rounded n works so hard n pressing defending...

Impressive to see Busquets still able to dominate in some game, espeically with De Jong back now helping him, as with Pedri.

Im actually finally starting to believe Very Happy Man C will beat Real in CL, n I cant remember the Copa Del Rey? But we could end up basically having the more successful season than Real? That is so Lol?

Lmao Frenkie does it all and makes  Busi look so much better than he actually is. He dictates the play, retrieves the ball, drives it forward, breezes past opponents, joins the attack

one of the few transfers that was actually worth the money. I hope he can forgive me some day for wanting him out in the summer

The fans actually. Girona joining a long list of teams that can do anything to Vini without repercussions while he gets yet another yellow for dissent. LaLiga teams know exactly how they can minimise his influence, thank God for the CL where the referees aren't so bloody incompetent.

Meh, he's been marked. No matter which away ground he plays in he'll be at the end of rough treatment. What's the odds he's been racially abused today? Very high imo because LaLiga are in denial, according to them there is no racism problem in LaLiga.
