I'm not even sure if the Bald Fraud can do better with this squad. Heck, he deemed Jesus not good enough and replaced him with a possessed assassin with 666 confirmed kills to his name. ETH on the other hand has only Ronaldo as a reliable goalscorer in an otherwise below average team.

I am just going by what it says in the media but so far he wanted Malacia (they got him), he wanted Martinez (they got him) he wanted Anthony (but he isn't worth what Ajax are asking for) and has insisted on DeJong who doesn't want to come. If anything it is TenHag who is insistent on who he wants who aren't even top lever players and whom Utd will probably be saddled with once Ten Hag leaves

he's gotten none of them, Martinez was signed cuz Timber wanted to stay at Ajax for another season due to the WC and Van Gaal telling him it would be smart to do so, so we moved on Martinez immediately

he's definitely not been backed and some of the backup names we're being linkes with are disgraceful

So his targets were some of his former players + the brightest forward prospect on the market? This doesn't sound that inspired imo.

Well if Timber himself refused then that isn't Utds fault. Looks to me like they quickly moved to a (his) backup plan even paying 50M GBP to acquire Martinez who has no European experience outside of Ajax. Utd had already agreed a fee for Antony but Ajax reneged on that fee and that's hardly their fault. Then there is DeJong who Utd have agreed a deal for since July but TenHag unable to come up with B plans have Utd scrambling for anyone with 2 legs.

If I were a Utd fan I'd be livid. How can the club just indulge TenHags fetish for players who've either played with him or against him in a specific league. Tell him NO!

Why is the media running with this "racist" narrative regarding Arnautovic? What he did at the euros was extremely stupid and doesn't belong on a football field, but an ethnic Serb taunting an ethnic Albanian hardly qualifies as racism in my book. Agreed. Strange choice but then again this could be Villarreal encouraging him so they can balance their books. Not many of their players could fetch large fees and he is replaceable as he isn't a regular
