Unique was a fun guy for the banter but his political views were not much of an added value to the forum. I doubt he was fascist in any way.

We had a political compass thread a few years ago, Babun and myself were the only centrists, everybody else was a leftist or at least left-leaning. I'd be curious to know if some of you guys found more balance since then :coffee:

I always say ban list should be cleared, who knows who might return.

Whatever they did it was years ago, maybe they've matured.

I was also permabanned after my lawyer came to the forum, then miraculously unbanned after a year. Think RG put in a good word for me there.

He supported UKIP which is a far-right party, i'd say definitely leaning on fascism.

The original Goal.com forum was "prime" for me. It was definitely quantity > quality in terms of it's daily posting activity, but I think it existed around the prime years of forums in general. It's been 15 years for me on these forums, not including the 1 year as a lurker before I decided to create an account Proud
