we have a relatively easy run up until the Atletico game, we need MAX points to have a shot at top 4
face City and Spurs after Atleti, need to beat Spurs too

Hearing you two talk about a top four in your so called goat league is a good laugh. The mere statement that ManU or Arsenal are considered top 4 is a joke!

Arsenal's luck is running out. They are struggling to beat scrub teams. Against top teams I trust them to get thrashed as usual.Firenze wrote:we have a relatively easy run up until the Atletico game, we need MAX points to have a shot at top 4

If United keep winning their easy games they have a good chance at top 4. My bigger fear is Spurs. They look like a different team under Conte.
Re: 2021/2022 Premier League Discussion
Another important win for Liverpool, time and again Liverpool proving their sole dependence on Klopp where we would be without him ! What a signing
Ox gets to score two games in a row. I hope he starts ahead of Mane from now on till Mane gets back on track. The vision from Klopp to play Ox in false 9 from last 3 months so that Liverpool are well prepared for January. I hope both Liverpool and Chelsea make it as difficult as possible for ManCity to breathe sitting at the top of the table.

45 mins of squeaky bum time and one of the WORST penalty decisions given for us in a long while, Jota was not getting to the ball there.
That said Viera is a great coach.

Just something about Arteta, Arsenal are doing it the right way imo by giving time to Arteta. There can not be many like ManCity or even Chelsea. Probably next step after the end of this season would be to consistently finish near top 4 or in top 4, mind you even this will not be easy looking at the competition right now. Now this can be with Arteta or someone like Vieira, I have been impressed with him so far.

Unbeaten in Jan without Salah, Mane, Thiago, Keita
Reminds how the greatest game under Klopp has been without Salah as well

same old, same old
our January collapse solely falls at the feet of Edu and Arteta, they knew about AFCON, they knew in which positions we are lacking in... still didn't do the proper planning to get in early transfers, and probably won't get anyone significant this window

we only sured up the defense in the summer, they've been saying how they still need to add to the team... clearly lacking in striker and midfield positions, but nada so far

Do you even have that much money to go big again in Jan after that big a summer window? Do not disagree on needing players.

2019/20: £126m (2nd in EPL)
2020/21: £65m (5th in EPL)
2021/22: £122m (1st in EPL)
He must get top 4 this year, top 5 at the very least. He's had longevity. He's been given money. Yet he has achieved less than Ole freaking Solskjær.

There's no other way to put it, absolute daylight robbery of Spurs in the first half.
I've not seen a goal called off like that for such a joke foul for a while. Almost unimaginable how bad of a call it is.

Dont know what the foook goes through the minds of referees sometimes. Spurs should be leading 1-0

Highway robbery of Kane, that wouldn't have even been overturned in La Liga

You love to see some of these goals when the keeper is rooted to the spot
Especially if the GK in question is Lloris or De Gea

It still amazes me that we spent 100m pound to weaken to our team and destroy our EPL title chances. Even more amazing is that you guys already proved Lukaku does not belong at a to top tier club in PL.
, yet we still made the same mistake.
Also what exactly does Lukaku does better than Tammy, at least Tammy has a work rate and does not make everyone else worse.
