Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Flo has ever come back for a manager after they turned down Madrid twice.

There's a first time for everything of course, but me personally, I think Max has already ruined his chance of ever coaching Madrid.

Also, his form seems to have slightly dipped from his glory days in Europe with Juve where he would consistently reach the latter stages of the competition and beat many heavyweights in the process. And this is something that Flo doesn't overlook.
