Exactly, as much as he was a tactical difficulty for our coaches we could always rely on him solving a match. Even in the last match against Udinese, when he came on the chances of winning immediately increase, a millimetric offside from his shoulder took what would have been yet another 90' match winning goal.
Kaladin wrote:But then you have to wonder what formation Juve will play this season? 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-3 are usually Allegri's preferences, if its the latter they might have to hunt for a LW instead
Allegri has always been very flexible for us, 352, 433, 4312, 4231, whatever worked best. In preseason and in the first match he played a 433/442 hybrid. Basically The right winger of the 433 (Chiesa or Cuadrado) folding back to defend as a 442 with Dybala and the striker (Ronaldo or Morata) staying centrally. The LCM being wider than the RCM.
That was with Ronaldo in the squad though. Might change. Should not be a 4312 but a formation with wingers as we have Chiesa in the center of the project plus Kulu, Cuadrado and Bernardeschi.
If its a 4231 we need a LW probably
Morata
X - Dybala - Chiesa
or a striker with Cuadrado back in attackX - Dybala - Chiesa
Morata/X
Chiesa - Dybala - Cuadrado
Chiesa - Dybala - Cuadrado
If its a 433 he might make Chiesa the main LW
Chiesa - X - Dybala
Or use Dybala as the 9, something he usually he doesn't want to doX - Dybala - Chiesa

What a lack of respect for the fans, the team and staff
Ambitionless club, no wonder CR wanted to bail that sinking ship
Allegri isn't some wizard, he's at the behest of the quality of his players, take it from someone who's seen his downfall first hand.
I don't expect much from Juve this season, i suppose its a write-off from now

Replacing him is no easy feat, lets look at the names so far:
-Griezmann
-Jovic
-Lacazette
-Aubameyang
-Kean
-Icardi
Looking at the salaries and the amount Juve can spend from the Ronaldo sale, only one seems feasible: Kean
The rest are on high salaries for Juve and Serie A standards
But then you have to wonder what formation Juve will play this season? 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-3 are usually Allegri's preferences, if its the latter they might have to hunt for a LW instead
Lets see what happens
Please, the guy was a difference maker only because he was treated as such. It wasn't a coincidence that the team played better without him or that only the rich clowns of PL wanted to pay for him. Now that he's gone, we can build an actual team. Oh, wait, we don't have a coach right now and our president is clueless, so maybe starting next year?
As for his replacement, we were paying him 31 net, I'm pretty sure we can afford anyone of those numpties, but that doesn't mean that we should. No long contracts, only loans please

Shame, he could've improved Juve and I am not saying that to troll. I think he'd do well in a team that will cater to him and besides Juve don't have a WC LW

So you're saying he wasn't a difference maker? Even when he dragged your sorry ass past Atletico, even when he was the only reason you managed to beat Empoli away last season ?
Sit down and be humble
Juve played atrociously last night, no idea what you're spouting about, Empoli could've easily been 3-0 up. Cross and inshallah would've worked had Ronaldo been there and not 5ft Dybala and Ghostrata.
And no, you can't afford those names i listed because Juve can't even afford Ronaldo and are struggling with his amortization, the reason in part being why Juve didn't put much of a fuss with him leaving.
I really empathize with Ronaldo, he came to a dying team with the intention of winning, with the promises of a new era and deep CL runs. Instead, he had to play with the likes of Danilo, Rabiot, Bentancur etc as well as work with a coach who barely just got his badge. If anyone did someone dirty, it was Juve.
You don't deserve such a GOAT player, enjoy season 6 of Dybala redemption arc and Bonucci protecting racists from Kean

Lol at empathizing with a narcissist. The guy had two friends on the team, the rest were nothing but his coworkers.
That's exactly what I'm saying, that, outside of three or four games, he wasn't a difference maker. He scored 100 goals because the team bent over backwards to feed him, but at the expense of not being a team. Even in that Atletico game, we had 37(?) crosses, so 2 headers was the minimum expected from someone making 31 mil per year.
I'm glad that we had him, but only for the off the field benefits, and that was true even when we bought him. For me, he was nothing more than a high end escort that you go out with in order to increase your status. As for the on the field stuff, we're gonna miss his aerial prowess and that's about it. No one is going to miss his shit ton of forced shots, or his idiotic free kicks, or him drifting wide left because he fancies himself a tricky and pacey winger, or dropping deep to touch the ball just because he hasn't touched it in two minutes and then promptly doing nothing with it, or having to defend with a different shape because he doesn't want to play as a CF. And absolutely no one will miss Morata giving up easy 1on1's with the keeper because he feels obligated to pass the ball to the king
Grazie for the money and for the couple of memories (really, I can only think of Atletico game and Sampdoria goal) and good bye
P.S. You don't even know how football finances work in general, let alone those of Juve. We just got rid of 85 mil by off loading Roanldo and we got approved another increase of capital, so, yeah, we can afford the salary of any of those clowns. But just because you can, doesn't mean that you should overpay for them. And, since most of them are over the hill, we should definitely not buy them

Per 2018 Swiss ramble:
2019:
"In mid-September, Juventus published financial statements for the 2019/20 season. The club's losses amounted to 89.7 million euros. This is the worst result in nine years and the second lowest in the decade of Andrea Agnelli's presidency (at the end of the 2010/11 season, the club lost 95.4 million euros). Juve are in the red for the third consecutive season."
"The club's Losses increased by 125% (from 39.9 million to 89.7 million) from 2018"
2020:
"Juventus reported a loss of nearly 90 million euros in the 2019-2020 financial year."
2020 September - December EOY:
"Juventus post €113.7 million loss for first half of 2020-21 fiscal"

Your club is making year-on-year losses, you've got the 2nd highest debt-equity in Italy after Inter and you're saying you can afford €Griezmann's 21m p/y in a COVID market?, get the fuck outta here
Most of your debt stems from the stadium financing which took a major toll on the clubs equity.
Note: you're total liabilities is the 4th most the European clubs
The clubs has made two increases in the share capital to cover the excessive losses mainly stemming from financing and transfer fee amortization.
If i had more information, i could delve into this shit more
The club's financial outlook is dire, ask yourself why the fuck club has been doing 2 year loans with obligazione for Locatellei, Chiesa, Kean, etc in the past 2 summer windows, the writing is on the wall.
The club is being run in an unsustainable matter, like SwissRamble said this is all under the pretense of making deep CL runs (Semi Finals), where the money is, i suppose Agnelli wanted Juve to make an annual appearance like Bayern, Madrid, Barca etc
Ask yourself why Agnelli was and still is, so vehemently wanting the ESL that he personally spear-headed the project.
You are daft if you think otherwise

Please, you're the guy who posts Milan's net spending in a transfer window like it actually means something.
Breaking news: company makes huge investment and debt goes up. More at 11
The first capital increase, 300 mil, was for investment purposes (marketing and other bullshit), only a small part of it was for covering losses. COVID wiped that out, so they just had another one of 400 mil.
There's a lot of uncertainty in the market because there's still a pandemic going on. That's why the club has been doing only loan deals, no one wants to commit in these, duh. Except the sheiks and PL
Why don't you ask yourself this: if the club couldn't afford Ronnie's salary, then why weren't they desperate to offload him? Why didn't they let him go to City for free, just like they let Higuain last year? I mean, they swallowed up a capital loss of 18 mil in order to save 15 mil cash, why didn't they just accepted a 28 loss to save 55 cash?
As for Agnelli wanting the ESL: short term, yes, it was about quick money, but that was 6 months ago and we've had a... capital increase in the meantime; long term, so they don't get crushed by the PL

Preach at least you only got a taste, imagine his prime years of scoring countless empty goals and disappearing until that CL run, saved his legacy gave alot of meaning to his empty goals all the la liga titles lost, would have done the same for juve, if the team was better overall.
