We are on the right path. Klopp with his usual gritty and cagey CL away game. Salah, Mane and Firmino all rested for the weekend. Thiago also rested. Henderson with valuable 45 minutes. Rhyes Williams, 19 year old will take care of the defence in absence of VanDjik or Matip. We are back on track!

Good win. Thiago and Allison are injured though.

Didn't pay Adrian tax and an away win at Ajax, I think this is good.

Don't have a good feeling for the year, a full team and we would have smothered this league but let's see what we can do now.

Doing every game as it comes from October, damn this is very new even comparing our administration era.

The fact that the entire front-three was subbed against Ajax indicates that they will be starting against Sheffield. However, I would have liked to see a Jota-Salah-Mane frontline for a change.

In the midfield, it will be either Naby or Thiago replacing Milner.

Brewster might be starting as well; well, for Sheffield that is.

Also Jota appreciation thread, what a signing, forced Klopp to play a 4-2-3-1 two weeks into the season and still got the winner.

Klopp is unbelievable. I don't think I will ever see a better coach than him in my lifetime.

Midgetland next, can't wait to play the midgets aka Taki, Shaq, Jota as front 3 with Robbo and Trent crossing every second.

This season is going to be difficult.

Great win against WHU, next 4 are decisive. Atlanta twice and City + Leicester.

As decimated as we are in defence this season, we are absolutely stacked in attack. Who would you start against City on weekend, Jota or Firmino? Jota is firing right now and Firmino isn't in good form but he can still do a job at pressing the opponents.. I'm thinking maybe Firmino to press them all game, and then Jota coming in the last 20-30 mins against tired opponents.

Good result I guess, we had the plan ready to go for the most part if we were more efficient in the first 25. Things fell out of place in between and we still managed a comfortable draw.

Its good, can't wait for Fabinho, Keita and Thiago to be fit so we can handle the midfield properly and not allow that scummy goal that Jesus scored.

Also well done Matip.

I have been so extremely busy in the last few days and couldn't post it here. On one side I am happy with how we have coped with absence of some of the players but on the other side, we need to get out there and sign a proper defender.

So apparently Gini will leave at the end of the season. We will miss him greatly. Can not fault club that they wanted to be conservative while handling contract for Gini because of his age. I would have still kept him at the club because Milner will be very very old soon.

But in case we sign a defender Fabinho will move back to midfield and we will suddenly have options with Hendo, Thiago, unfit Keita, always injured Ox, promising Jones, Milner as usual.

Yeah need the squad back. It was always obvious that without the special 2-3 players we are no different than the others.
