he's not leaving, i think it will be foolish for them to let him go, and they'll do all they can to make sure he stays. there are others at the club who's deficiencies and inefficiencies have been successfully masked and hidden for long enough. as much as i like to poke a little fun and banter messi's way, he isnt one of them. i think he'll stay. the other scrubs are the ones who will leave.

Will Messi leave? Too big of a transfer in my opinion to set up before the start of la liga which is September 12 iirc. So no he is not leaving, he is leveraging his position for a new bigger contract of course.

For CR I don’t think he will leave as well, although PSG will be smart to grab him now to anticipate Mbappe leaving soon

I think both stay where they are

If I was Messi I would go out on loan for a year. Get your salaries paid by someone else, give Barça some breathing space financially.

With or without Messi this Barça will not win shit next season. So might as well benefit financially from it, both parties.

Although I'm surprised seeing Lewandowski top Suarez in blundered chances, but that's probably more of a highlight of quality in Bundesfodder. He gets so many goals, because he gets even more big chances.

It’s because Ronaldo is dangerous off the ball, Messi is dangerous on the ball. Off the ball movement is so, so crucial to any discussion regarding those two yet no one brings it up.

Still, I don’t know who is saying Ronaldo is “better”, they’re closer then most people would like to admit.
