As much as i dislike religions in general
I always respected the art that comes with its folklore
On a sunday morning, some cathedral music is great imo

The Weeknd usually makes good singles to keep his mainstream appeal strong, but if we have to be honest his projects between After Hours and The Trilogy are closer to average than good. I'm sure @LeVersacci and @M99 would agree.
I do it too (:
You don't like the sonority or is it the gangster culture surrounding hip-hop you dislike ?

Same, a lot of bangers are religious music on my playlist and I don't give a shit about religion.
On Hip Hop, fuck that noise, nothing musical about a boast or on some very occasional times a rant. Might as well make that a conversation, calling it music lmao

Still on the fence about whether I'll get one or not. I only really play pro clubs and it's a lot of money to spend just for a game mode that I don't feel passionate about anymore. Maybe if some of the GL guys are still playing, I'll consider buying one.
Did you manage to get a PS5?

That's understandable. I didn't manage to get a PS5. I initially pre-ordered one, but the store I pre-ordered from had accepted more orders than they had consoles in stock, so instead they gave me the alternative of having first dibs on their next shipment, which would occur this year. I cancelled my pre-order and figured I'd just purchase the console at a later time, but the console never became as accessible as I had thought it would.
I'm studying programming next to working part-time now, so I barely have any time on my hands, anyway. I'll probably get one at some point, but it's not in my plans right now.

Everyone asks me that, lol. We're working with Python right now. I don't know what types of languages we will learn in the future.

Re: The Music Room
I've studied that in the past, never really got the hang of programming though. I'd probably struggle to create a hello world script.

Re: The Music Room
yea man we were born just slightly too early for this digital revolution, our brains have already hardened and learning new skills/interests becomes harder at our age... having coding skills will be very important for the entrepreneurs of tomorrow... already is tbh

Re: The Music Room
I'm older than both of you
It's not going to be easy. I'll just have to soak up as much knowledge as I can and make the most of it. Honestly, though, it's not the programming classes that's been the most challenging so far. I also have to do physics and whatnot, and I'm absolutely not motivated to study for any of it. I had so much more time for this crap when all I had to focus on was schoolwork, and everything else was spare time. My spare time has now become my time for schoolwork.

Re: The Music Room
Stumbled into this video, found it very informative. The basic formula seems to be "take a song performed by black artists 10 years ago, reinterpret it with worse talent but higher production quality with a white pop lead and all of a sudden it becomes huge". The music industry ladies and gents
