Scratch Acquafresca and thats a totally reasonable list for Milan Thumbs up

He had a good state championship at only 17 with one of the smaller teams. He's also about to get his Italian passport, so he might be legitimately in Arsenal's future plans, unlike the other Brasilian youngsters Arsenal buys to loan out until they fade into obscurity.

not sure whether an Italian passport will make much difference to a Brazilian one post Brexit

Once he's signed his contract his visa will be valid until its expiration regardless of when Brexit happens. So if we sign him four/five years it shouldn't be a problem for a while. Plus, the FA might loosen their work permit rules post-Brexit as well.

Basically, most signings pre-Brexit will be fine.
