I think we are at around 400Mil Euro in transfers with a week to go.

Higuain gets loaned to Chelsea, which seems a good move, Chelsea rely too much on Hazard for goals. I know he had some good seasons lately, but I always thought he needed a lot of chances to score when he was at Real. Milan replace him with the hot new Polish prospect, the new Lewandowski or Milik or not. I think he went for around 40mil. He has a good scoring record in his first season in Serie A.

Bayern keep signing the Young Americans or at least the Young North Americans. Chris Richards for a mil from FC Dallas. I dont know if this is a marketing move or if he is the new Franz Beckenbauer. Or is this the new Bayern, full of young North Americans, maybe that is the way of the future, we are so much bigger and stronger in North America compared to puny little Europeans. It is probably down to all the Big Macs we consume, even the President serves them to sporting teams over here when they visit the White House, it is all we eat. Well that and watery beer. OK Canadian beer is a bit less watery, just tastes like chemicals.

Stuttgart are selling players to the 2nd div. which is strange, since that is where they will be next season.

All in all, I am disappointed how the WWEpl are not being more crazy, they usually spend money like drunken sailors. I mean come on, AC Milan are out spending them and they dont even have any money!

Man, Barcelona are making moves. They’ve already signed the, so far, most high-profile player of this transfer window, and they’re being linked to a string of other ones, that would provide both instant impact and a squad depth they’ve scarcely had in the past.

I somehow doubt that City will let go of Otamendi so easily, but I believe getting Juan Mata on a free transfer might turn out to become a deceptively useful bench option for them.

Inter are being linked with a shock swoop for Milan defender Cristian Zapata, with Ivan Cordoba the key. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have opened talks with Zapata [pictured, left], given his expiring contract status. The newspaper explains the Nerazzurri are prepared to offer the Colombian a two-year contract, with the option for a third. They would also have an ‘excellent’ relationship with his agent, their former stopper Cordoba. The Colombian made 455 appearances for the Beneamata between 2000 and 2012, winning five Scudetti and a Champions League, before representing his countryman off the field. Zapata, who turns 33 later this year, has recently put together a run of games for Milan in light of their injury problems at the back. He would provide back-up to Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij as Miranda’s future continues to be shrouded in uncertainty. wrote:

So basically, what above is Inter are being linked to quintessentially The Worst Centreback in AC Milan History

And clearly had to mention [Agent] Cordoba is engineering the move as if that adds to his credit for anything in such a consideration.

I would’ve expected a Newcastle fan to see the value in any and all incoming transfers hmm

Hype-wise, I don’t believe any of the confirmed deals have been more high-profile than De Jong.

Did I miss something?

The focus is on De Ligt now, I don't see any Mata, Otamendi rumors??

I don’t think it’s very likely that De Ligt will go anywhere at his current age, unless you’re willing to put a massive bid on the table for him. Otamendi’s rumored interest emerged today, as well as an interest in getting Mata on a free transfer - which seems more likely to me. Mata is not a youngster anymore, but it definitely doesn’t hurt to have a player with his qualities on the bench.

Yeah De Ligt will probably have to wait, but Otamendi is also unlikely since we signed two new CBs now: Murillo and Todibo.

Mata wouldnt be too bad as a bench option, short-term it makes sense.

The most high profile transfer of the window is the possibility of Caceres re-returning to Juve

The most high profile transfer was of course Higuain, followed by Pulisic.

What does this mean? Benatia or Spinazzola out and we just use Caceres wherever needed?

What about that Polish kid? Though he will become (officially) a Milan player in July, the moves have been done in this window.

Benatia has been behaving like an ass all season and now wants to go to Qatar. So the move seems to be sell Benatia and bring our boy back.

Piatek is already a Milan player. He is in the squad for the Napoli game already

Perisic declined this season. Mostly irrelevant with a few good performances in between. Inter could do with an upgrade in the summer, surely not leaving in January though.

So is Rabiots move to Barca off then? Rumours seem to have cooled down on that front. Hearing he's linked to Spurs now, the very same team he was talking smack about just some weeks ago Laughing

It's more difficult that they sign him now, Barca's wage situation is growing out of control. it's not impossible just unlikely.

Many other teams are interested in Rabiot anyway, teams like Juve or Bayern. Dont see Spurs having a chance

Inconsistent sounds as a compliment tbh
Every year Perisic is inconsistent, but at the end he is a solid player with double-digit  of goals and he gives assists
But he wasn't inconsistent this year,
he's been crap

I don't know if it is because of World Cup, or because he wants to go away or other ... but he wasn't same type of player that I had admired in past , he wasn't that player that I' had rated and loved during Inter experience.

So I'd sell him now and getting a replacement to his place.
But I don't think it's possible on 26th of January
I hope for this summer though

We've recently been linked to Rabiot, as well Laughing He could be going anywhere. Personally, I don't want him or his mom in Madrid. Unless, it's on the retarded side of the city.
