The conference was scheduled for Lopetegui to explain things regarding his signing with Madrid during the WC preparation.

Now its all hitting the fan. In Marca they believe its closer and closer to firing him since he renewed just 3 weeks ago with the federation thanking them for their trust and then he started negotiating with Madrid and signed for them during the WC.
