More respect now because the WC doesn't have a bullshit format imo.

Also i should mention this but Portugal are a better team than they were in the Euros even if they are not all playing like it.
On paper Portugal are pretty stacked tbh, they have good players in every position. Just need some of them to show up offensively as only really Ronaldo is doing so atm but at least they have the organisation and defensive leaders to get results.

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group B (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran)
Just looked up Portugal's run at the Euro 2016, and they actually drew four matches, and then beat Wales and France to win it, definitely not that impressive, conceding many goals like 3-3 vs Hungary too. Its really strange, but they have developed reputation or is it really solid in defense and overall, with Ronaldo getting the goals up front obviously. Might work but dont feel thats enough to win the WC, if they do it would be pretty non entertaining team to do so. Morocco pushed them hard though so I still dont rate them much.

Finally, something we can agree on. Benatia did give him the Lucas Vazquez touch of death though

I appreciate Hierro taking risks and removing Like to play more attacking but I don't know if Vasquez is the best choice in this case then
