Iran play against Spain, I would like to take this moment to discount them from the Asian GOAT group.
Africa can keep them for this game as they need some more help clearly

Peru got a penalty on the same exact contact as Ronaldo there
Both were clear dives

Didn't help that all their chances fell to Benatia, on his weak foot. he could've had a hattrick today.

Loving farfarce taking L's left and right in this world cup

Congratulations Portugal. You just beat Morocco by same score as Iran! Without Ronaldo and his set plays (and diving LOL), you are a scrub team.
This pretty well ensures first place by us!

Amrabat ruined Gerrero on multiple accounts today, serious deficiency on that side. Coentrao is missed. Any team with a great Right flank can destroy Portugal.

If morocco had a half decent striker or anyone that can finish off chances they'd have 6 points now
Ziyech looks like a good player though

Yeah, Morocco really isn't as bad as their 0 points suggest, they do play some nice football. As Buster said, a decent forward and they would have at least have 3 points by now. But they are gone, sadly.

they really are bill.
morroco got robbed, there were two clear penalties, one push on the back and a double hand ball. arguable third in the box. undeserved win. morocco need a striker badly

Morocco played really well, just couldn't get the finishing touch.
Beside Rui Patricio and Ronaldo, the Portuguese team has been trash. What happened to Raphael Guerreiro?

Morroco best sritker ( 24 goals in French Ligue 2 ) got injured just before the WC . They clearly missed him.

"24 goals in ligue 2"
that's a damn shame to have the worst striking attacking line up when you have players like amrabat, harit, ziyech.. morocco should've just played a spain style 4-6-0 with lots of movement around the box. i mean seriously

You're talking about Alioui? Renard doesn't rate him because of his low work rate even tho he's their most technical striker His goal against Cote D'Ivoire
Renard is basically a poor man's Deschamps, prefers donkey pivots to technical strikers. He's partially responsible for Morocco's impotence.

They got a win though so Mole can't be all "they didn't win a single game in the group stages" when they eventually beat England 1-0 in the final.
