Arsenal fans acting like any player we give them wouldn't be an improvement (not for Sanchez, obviously, but the likes of Blind, Smalling etc absolutely would be upgrades for them) It won't be a CB though. And if it is hopefully it's Lindelof.

His claim to fame is scoring a couple screamers like Nick says. Keep in mind that Depay does that regularly in Ligue Un. You should be asking us for Mata instead IMO.
