If we still shit on them then they probably not as great as you think they were. Greatest potential ceiling? Probably.

But potential doesn't win you titles.

Adios Toni Kroos. I will miss you for certain.

This prove that
a combination of the "right players that
are at right place at the right time"
better than best player
in winning a trophy.

We do. And It's having players who don't choke in the second leg after comfortable leads in the first, like you did against Roma and Liverpool hmm

It was all so very convenient imo. Alot of RM legends were wading in on the debate on who to start given there was alot of rumours that Tibu would start. Suddenly Lunin conveniently catches a flu. Sorry but I don't buy it. This was to avoid all the questions imo

Very odd decision given that the game could have turned out completely the other way around

I dont know the real reason behind it, but Thibuu is incredible. This guy is almost superhuman. Never looked like conceding even in the most dangerous of situations. Just wow

Hala, the guy was so sick, he had to fly apart from the team to avoid passing the flu amongst the tea. Sure doesn’t sound like it was made up! Besides Carlo chose Tibu after his performance last week, and based off the unbelievable performance today, it was the right choice. And Lunin doesn’t appear upset at all and supposedly ready tosign his renewal.

I think the decision was already made to start Tibu long before the final. Lunin not training with the team just eased the outrage. Imagine if both were training and Tibu started the headlines would've been that Lunin wasn't allowed to finish what he started. Instead he catches a flu and nobody even mentions the GK debate

I know what was reported but sorry I don't buy it. Call me a cynic or whatever but I think it was a very convenient excuse. You think this would happen if Tibu wasn't back and there was a chance of starting Kepa. Never in a million years

Same thing as expected... watched the replay until 60min n just felt it was inevitable Real would endure n win from their starting to get chances n Dortmund did all they could but couldnt score.

Credit to Real they made something new like targeting the short guys for the corners instead of the big guys Very Happy

Camavinga already turned into a WC replacement for Modric this game? Ffs, just too good n easy... then add Mbappe Very Happy

Madrid have outgrown this competition. At this point, it doesn't even matter anymore. When other clubs wait for decades to get the chance of lifting the big ears, for them, it's just another day in the office.

No club is going to catch them in their lifetime.

No wonder they want to start their own super league.

AC Milan have won it the second most times after Real Madrid (7 times). Modric and Kroos have both won it 6 times ffs

Post by The Madrid One Sun Jun 02, 2024 7:21 am

Summer of 2024:

- Real Madrid completes football with their 15th CL. FIFA's best club of the 20th century well on their way to winning the 21st century.

- Real Madrid inaugurate new/renovated state of the art Death Star stadium with retractable pitch, roof, and 360 degree screens only truly matched by those of the Sofi.

- Will sign Mbappe and continue to build the squad that may very well go on to win the 20th in a few years.

Perez post match interview after official domination of universe:

No such thing as a greatest coach in my opinion. In no time people will critique his league record. There are several great managers for different reasons. Carlo is definitely in the bracket.

Greatest club goes without saying. But I'm very sure people will try and downplay our achievements when the dust settles. When someone has some time on their hands, I expect a post peaking holes at all our victories and someone saying we should only have 1 European cup. I totally expect that and look forward to it. It's part of what makes the victory sweet.
