Re: UCL R16 : Juventus Vs Tottenham Hotspur
Spurs 'home' record is pretty legit IIRC. Gonna be tough for Juve. I'm all for Brexit Banter, plus I don't want Spurs focusing on the league, need to hang on to our second place trophy.

Re: UCL R16 : Juventus Vs Tottenham Hotspur
Juve have gained a massive power up from Italy voting for what could be seen as the start of their very own brexit.
Can Spurs stand against this raw power? I highly doubt it.

Imagine being knocked out by a team with Trippier, Davies and Dier starting.

Re: UCL R16 : Juventus Vs Tottenham Hotspur
Dybala, higuain and Costa up front, matuidi in midfield RIP
Prediction of 1-1
Spurs have a great home record even against big teams (4-1 Liverpool, 2-0 Man U, NLD win, 3-1 Dortmund, 3-1 Madrid this season). This Juventus will be the best team so far though. It's going to be nervy from Spurs but they'll be helped by Juventus having to come out a bit and open up space.
Dunno what the Spurs lineup will be but I can guess it
EDIT: Looks like I was right

Bernardeschi, Cuadrado, Mandzukic out injured. All of our attacking depth. Starting right back De Sciglio out too.
-Dybala has only returned to fitness 1 game ago
-Matuidi only just returned too
-Higuain missed the last two to injury
I think a bigger question is if the players are fit but NO EXCUSES. Tonight's the night we smash the Spurs 1-0 and conquer Inglaterra

Re: UCL R16 : Juventus Vs Tottenham Hotspur
Honestly, if Allegri goes for the same cowardly approach tonight, he should be sacked before dawn.
Totally neutral here, so I don't really care who wins but I hope we'll get to see an entertaining game.

Tbf all three of those players are trash tbh, they weren't gonna play against Spurs in a crucial leg anyway

and 2/3 of them started for a CL team that made the finals last season while the Spurs sat in the shadows like the mediocre mega cucks they are
Put some respekt on our names
Mandzukic is a liability though so I actually agree with your diagnosis. Player fitness is a bigger question and we have no jokers on the bench, which can matter in a match like this

Certainly true.
Either way I'm happy that both teams are putting up pretty close to full fitness lineups
and tremendously scared

I like that we have to win. It means no excuses
Spurs are truly great though, hope ya'll go the distance if you win tonight but you won't win tonight so its whatever
