Not been said much about Cech but he has been terrific lately.

For the love of god, just play someone else in Gibbs' place. Monreal, Iwobi, Maitland-Niles or whoever else is an option, just not Gibbs and his inability to do anything in attack.

Man, we have destroyed Bellerin as an attacking force. Doesn't take people on, can barely cross and opts for the pass inside everytime.
