Fallout 4 won 36 Gotys for 2015. Thumbs up

worst Bethesda game of the last decade at least
Lolwut? Have you seen how much quality modding it's getting, it will live on like Morrowind does after 15 years. Witcher 3 is a game you once finish, it has nothing new to give and you throw it in a bin.

Average players last month, Fallout 4 17k, Witcher 3 9k.
Mods last month Fallout 4 600, Witcher 3 60, mostly the same lighting mod over and over again. rofl

I don't want to get into this again, but you shouldn't act like your experience with a game is the same as everyone elses.

I have played through Witcher 3 5 times and found something new almost every time, can't specifically say any of my playthroughs felt the same.

Just because you feel like you can't replay it, doesn't make that the case for everyone.

As for mods, everyone knows Bethesda gives much better mod tools than CDPR does tbh. So that's a stupid comparison tbh.
You don't wanna get into it yet you posted that pic? scratch

I know the game, I've played it 1.5 times through, and I noticed the second time, it's exactly same game, you can have little changes here there but I didn't even bother finishing. Geralt is Geralt and the gameplay is exactly same, dull. Where as in Bethesda games you are nameless and can truly play differently many times over. And lets not go into how FO4 has dynamic game world and Witcher 3 static outside the questing.

No two ways about it, Witcher 3 is a great game, to play once, FO4 example is also great game and it will have endless different game plays, because layout of the nameless, and modding.

Very impressed with what Far Cry 5 is trying to do.

Far Cry is an impressive series but like most third party games it suffers from clear rushing and lack of polish. FC 2 was my favourite of all of them and 3 sadly I found overrated despite the story.

The games suffer from lack of attention to detail, not too much polish and the worst, the highly empty feeling of the environments, lack of interactivity and immersion.

Haven't played FC4 so who knows I might be wrong.

Some might not want Tom's homeland at the setting but it looks to actually have an ATMOSPHERE for once and interactivity and an environment that breaths. Planes signify the size of the land but hopefully there is variety and interactivity.

FC always has all the features you want but lacks the polish.

Fighting Tom as the game's main boss will be fun and probably the best part. Clearly left out the spare tire around him though which is unrealistic.

I loved Far Cry 3, like 4 a lot too and never played Primal. Quite hyped for this.

Far Cry games are always thematically interesting imo, problem is at least in my opinion they are mechanically boring.

I see no reason why that's going to change honestly.

Looking forward to 1 billion garbage sidequests, watch towers that open up parts of the map, meaningless collectibles, etc

Guess no open world game will be as stellar as TW3

Zelda and Horizon were great imo, also I believe in RDR 2.

Obviously Ubisofts formula is trash though.

Far Cry 4 was a decently enjoyable game, but like you've already mentioned, it lacked polish, the open-world environment felt empty, and it just didn't offer much variety in anything, which made it feel very repetitive and monotone after a while. I never played Far Cry Primal, but I hear it's the worst iteration in the series - which is a shame, because the stone age theme seemed interesting. And like Mole mentioned, it was mechanically boring and the AI-based mobs are stupid as hell. The game felt rushed. As if, they came up with a few ideas that had potential, but they didn't care enough to expand on those ideas and potentially make an actual great game. It's an Ubisoft game, what more can I say..

I mostly play Far Cry nowadays for villains weirdly enough. I dont get sucked in every collectible anymore. Vas, Ming and Ull were great and this time looks no different.

Regardless of how well that game may or may not reflect my personal life, I hate the idea of needing to scale towers to see a *bleep* map

I put up with it in ACIV because well... pirates.

I just figured someone out because the entire story is in two player co-op, i can get some random lackey to scale towers for me like the lead cultist extraordinaire i was always destined to be.

@Firenze brah you up for scaling towers for a percentage of my crack profits?

don't even have to pay me, I'll do it for the trophies hmm

I never actually minded doing it in Far Cry because it was simple and in Assassins Creed scaling them is kinda fun
