another standard Dualshock 4 ended up costing £46 with delivery from Amazon smh

disgusting prices for controllers nowadays, shouldn't cost the same or more than a brand new game

especially when the build quality is not that great

I've only played for 45 minutes so far so I can't say, barely done a few tutorials and it's mostly been setting the story, like it so far though seems like it will be fun, the karaoke was hilarious and dramatic, story seems like it will be cool.

plan to play it a lot more over the next couple of days, been busy or too tired so haven't had a chance the last couple days

From what I've heard and read, the graphics suck, the invisible walls are annoying and the battle system is hit or miss, but pretty much everything else is great - the story, characters and minigames, in particular. I'm really looking forward to playing it Smile

graphics seemed fine early on to me IMO, at least the character models. About what I was expecting from the other stuff, though like I said haven't been exploring the open world beyond the intro area. Heard the first few hours are really slow so it can build the story and I definitely got that vibe from the first 45 mins but the story seemed interesting so I didn't mind, just need to set aside a few hours for the first real session.

I plan to try all of the mini games etc but not sure I'll do EVERYTHING in this game since there are so many things coming out in the next month or so, I don't want to spend 70 hours here. But I have heard the mini games and side stories are addictive and some of the best stuff in the game so who knows

Well, apparently, things like buildings sometimes look cardboard-y and there's a lot of inconsistency in the animation quality throughout the game .

Had to drop the difficulty down from normal to easy in Yakuza ffs. Combat was surprisingly deep and tough. First legit boss was giving me the Ellsworth treatment.

Yakuza 0 is great but at the same time I'm still feeling insanely burnt out from Final Fantasy and TLG. Might have to return to this in a few months. Feel like if I force myself to play it which will take 30 hours I imagine min then it will sour the game for me AND burn me out for other games I want to play in a few weeks like Nioh ffs

I've only played like 2 hrs of Yakuza in 3 days and usually I'd be like 70% through at least by now smh

Went from interested in it when it was announced to a pass because of how stacked the next few months are..but I've been watching the current beta footage and it does look cool

don't know if it's worth full price however

I thought the same initially but then I remembered there's a campaign.

Also I'm surprised how quickly I picked it up because it's so different, was expecting to completely suck the entire beta and 2nd guess whether I want it or not.

But I have been having a lot of success outside a couple of games where I was rushing myself and/or getting double teamed.

There's still a lot of stuff I feel like I'm not good at, but that's understandable as the mechanics are very deep. But I have enjoyed it immensely like how the heroes are giving me an Overwatch vibe but obviously with melee weapons.
