Yes. ZDF is only allowed to broadcast one game per matchday, on Wednesday.
That's the deal they have with primary rights holders Sky.
ARD aren't part of it.

Just checked.
If only one German team is left they could show, say, possibly semi on Tuesday too, yes.
Until then it's always a (German) game on Wednesday. Not just one per MD btw, they will show Leverkusen next week too.

Dortmund outclassed Benfica  on possession so far, despite not many chances created after Auba goals.
 the 1-0 is a dangerous result though.. . Just thinking at that chance by Benfica around the 20' ( the only one made by them )

Personally I would like for German commentary to adapt to the 2 commenter model.
That way it's more of a conversation, now we have one guy who think he is incredibly important and has to produce the ultimate judgement and definite opinion to what he sees.
For me, it's incredibly annoying.
They are not commenting, they are judging the whole time.
