Excited because of the fact that we've never faced them before.

Messis injury a blessing in disguise because it gives a chance for young players to start but also Messi is Messi.

We should be winning this quite comfortably though. I'd say 0-3.

Emotional comeback for terStegen aswell which is nice.

They are not to be underestimated, I am fully aware of that, but I'm always this optimistic if you haven't noticed. Also, taking into account Pep's Man City dismantled them 4 to 0 -- I have reasons to believe we are more than capable of beating Monchengladbach.

this better be a 5-0 or even more cause we are missing out on atletico vs bayern. city pounded them so we should pound them twice as hard.

Suarez has been average too nothing special. While iniesta has been underwhelming

Also your signings literally offer nothing. Gomes? French CB guy? Tintin?

Surely Tintin is better than Alba. The guy has zero going for him. No strength, no aerial presence, he even lacks basic defending skills. FHL.

And Alcácer is the worst signing of the season tbh. The guy was never a fit for Barcelona. Absolute waste of money.

I'm seeing this alot from different barca fan forums.

what kind of expectations did you guys have from the summer signings

all we did was replace the bench, upgraded the quality. we got people who can potentially replace our aging players but not start this season.. it is so far working out with umtiti with people saying he should be the new starter ahead of mascherano.

we brought in two midfielders hopefully one of the two (or rafinha etc) can step up and displace iniesta as he is also aging.

we only brought in paco mainly as a direct substitute for suarez and a direct replacement to munir/sandro

digne was literally only brought in to replace adriano and give proper competition to alba.


mind you it's barely been a month since the season has started and we have people overreacting that a few players haven't taken the game by themselves...

the players that have been replaced have done fk all either

are you all just complaining to complain?? the money was well spent, i'm much more happier with us risking 120m on five 22 year olds who can potentially be starters AND not complain for minutes than just one player who so far hasn't done anything noteworthy.
