We might be walking the league if Klopp was managing us

Maybe, given that we have a decent squad but a dinosaur of a manager

You still have a talent deficit IMO. You'd do better though.

Out of the 4 matches we've absolutely dominated all 4 games.
Good times ahead.
Matip looks so good. Finally have a capable reliable CB. Now just to find him a consistent partner.
And our front 5 players interchanging so well. It's insane how fun it is watching when your team can do stuff like that up there.

Always said Mane would be a good signing for Liverpool. He is like what Auba was to Klopp at Dortmund

I'm not sure that's the case anymore. Last 8 seasons or so definitely, but I think this season we've bridged the talent gap some on the teams above us.

I'm saying if Arsenal had Klopp they'd still have a talent deficit with regards to City etc.
They'd do better obviously but the gap in talent would still be too much imo.

lol I misread that.
Anyways, Milner kept POTY in his back pocket. Klopp not signing a LB and people complaining when we got Milly
Also what happened to people's champ Payet and West Ham? I haven't heard from them at all since they got knocked out from EL by some no name team again.

Even with Klopp they'd also still have a talent deficit on City in the manager's chair tbh.
Kloppo is fantastic but Pep >>

Well naturally but even if Pep wasn't there and the manager wasn't complete shite it would still be a tough task imo.

Re: English Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 2
Pep has never managed a team that wasn't stacked.
He's by no means 'naturally' a better manager than Klopp.
There's a higher chance that Klopp could do what Pep did with the teams he had at his disposal than Pep being able to do what Klopp did with Dortmund.

This was a one time off, We'll get found out soon enough playing Milner at LB and occasionally Lucas at CB.

Considering how Klopp's time at Dortmund ended i doubt it.
But i really don't want to get into this again lol, both are great managers and we should leave at that.
There's a reason why i agree with Hans but i can't be arsed writing an essay to explain it.
