Even if it's a disappointing season for them , Monaco has been nothing but great this season . It's not like he's losing the title to some scrub team. PSG has already won Coupe de la ligue and is probably going to win Coupe de France. Yeah there was this crazy game at Barcelona ( players are to blame too ) but it's not like he was going to win the CL with all those failed new recruits ( Jese, Ben arfa, Krychowiack )

Bottom line, he has many flaws ( like yelling too much ) but he's a good tactician imo ( that first leg against Barcelona and the games against Arsenal were good ). Not a fraud but let's see what he does next year.

Emery came into his first stint in a new country, new language and a PSG without Zlatan who undoubtedly was their kingpin for the challenging title. In his results he has produced well off a shaky start and injuries and player form did not help.

Monaco have had Jardim who have built their ambitious project for years now and have been in 5th gear for a year now so not exactly embarrassing that the inevitable loss of the title comes down to this year.

Emery's prime weakness ALWAYS ALWAYS has been his over-reactivity but Ligue 1 is far stronger and more competitive than one thinks.

Just watch it lol.

PSG really did have the worst transfer summer, wtf happened to krychowiak, was a beast in Spain, I wanted to sign him ffs, never hear anything about him

Emery has always had the same problem, he's unbelievably negative in big games.

Was the case in Valencia and Sevilla, don't see it ever changing really and why he'll probably be sacked eventually.

With that said I expected him to do better than he has.

Yeap, 95 goals in 34 games. But what's even more impressive is that, they have the second best defense as well.

Congrats to Monaco, they have kept improving the last few seasons and what a good one we have seen this year, full of goals and exciting. Hope they continue it and not let French league be just one team. Also good to see another French team able to really compete in CL too Smile
