Wijnaldum leviosa joins Liverpool

GW is being brought to replace Henderson I am pretty sure in that midfield which will be a really good idea actually. Klopp knows what he is doing.

Gini Wijnaldum has to be considered the unsung hero of Liverpool's run into the Champions League Final 2018.

I had felt over this season that he had been relatively mediocre and somewhat anonymous at times, but in the games vs City and also Roma he really stepped it up.
In a team set up to be rapidly attacking, with a midfield devoid of the technical ability to control tight games and a defense desperate for protection through this control, he was the one holding the whole thing together.
He controlled balls, won challenges, solved situations. He was present, he was smart, and he lead.

Great performances by him, and he has justified why Liverpool signed him.

Tbf Wijnaldum can have a great game, especially in big games, but the problem is he is too inconsistent. Against teams like city for example he presses like a monster and his positional play is superb but like I said, he just can't do it all season long. He's fine as a substitute, no way he's going to be sold in the summer.

He was really immense in all big games this season. Henderson also did a great job in big games, but similiar to Wijnaldum he's inconsistent against smaller teams. But the real unsung hero has to be Milner, he's the gift that keeps on giving. He is a player that's good at everything, but excellent at nothing, except workrate, he's a *bleep* engine. Plus he broke the assists record in a single champions league season. Milner was always a reliable player who can put in a shift, but this season he's having the season of his life.

Always been a big game player. Small games not so much.

He's decent, def overachieving, had a handful of standout games. He's no Fred though. Better shot but that's about it.
