Ziegler Joins Fenerbahce

Juventus Football Club announces that Reto Ziegler has joined Fenerbahçe. The Swiss full-back moves on a loan deal until 30th June 2012, with the Turkish club paying 600,000 euros for his services.

They sent him to make a 600 000 euro "profit" and reinstate 'world class' 34 yr old fullback grosso into the team?,not to mention we have de ceglie who's made out glass !

Don't be so judgmental so soon man... Maybe Ziegler just couldn't fit in and was prearranged from when Del Neri was still in charge. I think Conte never approved of him and never wanted him because he didn't fit the desired system.

And it doesn't mean that Grosso will definitely be the backup, Estigarribia might be our backup LB (Yes, he can play there).

Reports and ppl who followed estigarribia said that he played LWB and that he is our LWB for this season ...

even thou I see great Full back in Simone Pepe tbh he has everything to do that job

I know that he arrived prior to Conte's arrival but how can one say that he dint "fit the system"..He would have made a good backup fullback..And i dont know much about Estigarribbia and his exploits at fullback..

We could have kept him atleast until January..Silly to get rid of him when the season hasnt even started and Ziegler is never really known for his off-field antics or something of that sort is he ? Must be that Conte just doesnt rate him..

Weird, it's not like he's a bad player. Must have really pissed Conte off somehow.
