Sanchez doesn't really fit in a 3-5-2, maybe in some sort of lame 4-3-3 with Dybala through the middle but I don't see that happening either, also there is no indication of him leaving Arsenal this summer and I can't imagine him leaving.

As reported by Sky Sport 24, the Wolfsburg sent a first official offer to Juventus for Simone Zaza. I would love Sanchez here but I don't think it will happen,we need a CF if Zaza leaves as well.

With all that money we should be able to bring someone like Cavani or Benzema, I mean a top striker and use the rest for a talent like Gabriel Jesus or Keita Balde.

PSG are not selling Cavani for any price and Madrid is not selling Benzema. If the players wanted to leave, they would. But neither wants to leave.

Cavani publicly stated he wants to stay at PSG and PSG firing Blanc had a lot to do with his dynamic with Cavani. PSG wants to play more directly.

As far as Benzema... it's a non starter. Zidane wants him and Benzema wants to stay. That's where that ends.

I'd like Keita over signing another CF. He can be vice Dybala and can also play everywhere up front or wide.

Immobile is an interesting thought. He is leaving Torino and is our youth product so it would be good for the requirement. I had mostly given up on him after failing to perform when he left Toro the first time. But now he looked good and him coming on against Belgium surprised a lot, great spirit.

I kind of like the idea but you can't really afford to use a roster spot on a player you can't depend on, even in limited appearances. I think I would cringe every time I saw him warming up just out of fear for him hurting himself.

One striker that i believe would be a great asset for us is Kevin Gameiro from Sevilla. This guy has everything you can ask for in a Serie A striker: first of all he is a calm striker with a good sense of football. Upper-class ball control and positionning, decent acceleration and of course he delivers some nice shots and passes.

I don't know how old he is but to me it seems he's been around for a while, maybe in his 30's so it would be a cheap transfer (keep the rest of $$$ for another WC forward). Usually decisive in important matches, like Morata used to.

What do you guys think ?

Batshuayi : Juventus have supposedly made an offer to Marseille. But West Ham is also biding for him....and an amount of 35 millions was offered.

Buck this seriously. Batshuayi wants to play in Premier League (said this several times over the last months). He is a decent striker but nothing extravaganza here Awful mentality, a childish individual who looses his temper and confidence quickly.

Juve is a classy team for grown men or disciplined young players who are disposed to serve a team concept. IMO

Still you can rely on me when i say we will regret it if we buy him. Several times during his passing at OM he went on long no-goals streaks. Playing against shit teams from Ligue 1 boosts his stats.

Sky linked us to Balde Keita of Lazio the other day. Now he's someone who could be an interesting option in terms of what he brings to the table. We need that much needed pace and flair off the bench with both Morata and Cuadrado having left now.

Fair enough, I accept your conditions.

This "third" forward spot is going to be a difficult one to fill in my opinion. Morata's skill set is unique, being able to come off the bench and make an impact as well as start games and play in key matches such as the Champions League.

I'm truly curious as to how we are going to fill that role.

I'm also not sure if Mandzukic is the guy to be a 20-25 goal a year #9 which we've been screaming for, I know he does a lot of other great things though which balances everything out a bit.

What do y'all think?

With Morata, aside from his tremendous impact in CL, he filled both the SS and CF roles when either Dybala or Mandzukic were out injured. Now there are few scenarios ,
-Either we get another forward who could deputize in both roles(this would be hard to get)
-Place trust in Zaza and get a young skilled SS who can deputize for Dybala.
-Go all out for a big striker if it also means sacrifising Zaza in the process. Scenario 1 and 3 are related, only that it depends on the profile of striker we could be looking to get, be it high or low/medium profile.

With that said, I expect Mandzukic and Dybala to be starting most of the games again next season.

Its difficult to replace Morata's clutch impact in the CL but then again when he arrived initially, we dint have any sort of high expectations from him so that doesn't necessarily have to mean the new arrival wouldnt have any sort of impact in terms of the CL either.

Yes, versatility is something we want in our club. I suppose Keita is a winger, who has decent finishing skills, and therefore plays as a striker sometimes ? If its right then his profile is interesting.

Is he a Sanchez-like ?
I don't know much about him, Lazio is a team from whom no match were seen by me for a long time (except vs Juve). For an appropriate price*... if he can bring pace and flair as you said, then why not

* f.e. the 40m paid for Dybala was a risky gamble that turned out well
