Not sure tbh, seen some people on twitter that got their preorders outright cancelled for some reason. Went to game the other day to see if i might nick it on deadline day, had they said yes i would've cancelled my preorder, but they said they were out of stock. At this point, i'm just happy its being delivered

First impressions: this game is beautiful.

I'm not overly familiar with Zelda games, but weapons have durability. A tree branch is good for about two hits before it breaks. A club was good for four. I found a hatchet but I'm saving with durability in mind.

Haven't even done the first quest yet. Just looking about picking shit up.

Even if you were that wouldn't be familiar to you lol.

The weapon stuff is new, in past Zelda games you would get very particular weapons and swords and keep them through out the game.

They all said it had frame rate issues in the reviews.

They just felt it didn't effect the overall experience and tbh i can understand considering i have played legit amazing games which had issues that didn't effect the bottom line at all.

@Jay Just spent an hour trying to kill Stone Talus lmao, used and broke so many weapons, boko club, sword, spear, even HHH's sledgehammer ffs, finished all the arrows, in the end had to cheese him by climbing a tree and throwing bombs fml

Need to go back and kill it. I've got some exploding arrows to use up.

EDIT: Was surprisingly easy hmm

Just climbed up him and smacked him with about three different weapons.

seen a lot of people panning the story, saying the narrative is very disappointing for a Zelda game

Gameplay looks great though, still might get around to playing it on Wii U in the next few weeks.

yeah they're pretty standard but a lot of people are saying even by Zelda standards it's incredibly light on story and basically just boils down to Ganon evil. Defeat. lol.

Check the Metacritic Negative reviewers profiles.

Most have never posted another review other than Zelda, and most that did, gave Horizon a 10.

Its a useless Metacritic war, which further showcases the utter uselessness of Metacritic user reviews with their 0 and 10 scale, as well as their inherent biases.
