He punched him in the gut, Draymond upward swinged on follow through as part of selling the foul.

It's not even close to the same thing, you are letting your hate for the man cloud your judgement.

I think he should have been at least a Flagrant 1 because it's wreckless but I don't believe it was intentional and I don't see how anyone can say with absolutely certainty that it's either way really.

No he freaking didn't. This is like listening to the Inside The NBA crew. Yeah my hate is clouding my judgement.

Let's ignore the fact that he should've been ejected and was let off. It looks just the same as other incidents where this has happened.

Draymond's kick was not like his normal kick. It was different and with a much harder wind up.

I don't really know how anyone can defend Draymond. Especially after seeing how he didn't even apologize or say he had to change anything. Instead he was passive aggressive and defensive.

Kicking in the balls is allowed now. Let's get some goons in to kick Curry in the balls and see them get a lifetime ban.

The reason he hasn't been banned is because the NBA would prefer to see GSW in the final and they don't want to ruin a good series. Don't see it any other way tbh

Next thing you know Mole is telling us that the Lamela step on Fabregas was unintentional because Lamela wasn't looking at Fab and never broke stride. Nah, it was intentional, Lamela just did a good job of selling it.

It was definitely intentional, but was it worth a game suspension? This is where it gets cloudy. Foul? Definitely, maybe a tech or a flagrant 1.... but worth a game suspension? That almost seems harsh, and unfortunately- the biggest reason in my mind- removing Green from what would be the most pivotal game of the series should not happen. It basically gifts Oklahoma the advantage, it costs way more than his kick was worth.

I'm ok with the non-suspension call. Definitely intentional, should have been a foul

If they could prove it was more than intentional it's def a suspension. Kicking a guy in the balls is pretty dangerous.

Also it was called a flagrant 2 after the game. Which is why I have an extra problem with it.

Intent doesn't matter though. It's impossible to determine 100%, so the NBA(supposedly ) does not consider it when making suspensions:

Well intent can be determined. BUt probably only in really obvious cases like Malice in the palace etc.

Basically they arbitrarily decide the rules based on what suits the NBA. Sounds about right.

Durant is so underrated on defense. It's great when your team has a 7footer that can play the 3 and 4 and protect the rim with those freakishly long arms.

Don't know about Durant being the best player in the league yet alone his own team. LeBron is still the best imo. Westbrook is the same level as Durant and better this game so far, Durant has missed so much.

Westbrook has been better this game but Durant is comfortably the better player, and his defense has been absolutely crucial against Golden State this series so far. KD has been getting it done on both ends and has played fantastic defense in addition to his usual ridiculously good scoring (which hasn't been quite as good this game, yes).

Westbrook is awesome, but to me it's easily KD.

I'd also argue that Westbrook has been more crucial when he sets up his teammates. Pretty sure he's statistically the best passer in regards to shot percentage in the playoffs so far. I can see why people would say Durant is better. But easily? I don't know. Westbrook's hustle is so important. Just look at that one handed rebound he just pulled down.

One thing is for sure. I'd kill to have either. OKC has both Sad
